背景技术
为了在电路板与例如插头之间建立电连接(譬如在用于机动车的变速器控制设备中),通常把引线框架焊到电路板中。为此,电路板具有焊眼,引线框架通过相应的接触销焊到该焊眼中。 
在有较高装载的电路板情形中通常使用双面电路板,它们在用于紧固引线框架的焊眼区域中贯通接触。在此,焊眼定义为被铜圈包围的孔,在其上焊有引线框架的构件(在此为接触销)。 
引线框架是通过冲压产生的平面结构。一种常见的应用是在仅一个制造步骤中制作由金属带材制成的电导体系统。于是,产品类似于如电子批量元件中的那样的电路板。在进一步的加工步骤中,引线框架可以被塑料包护,或者表面可以被电镀加工。通常,引线框架是单独的构件。 
在引线框架与电路板连接时的问题是,在引线框架的接触销与电路板之间的焊接连接不是最优的。对此原因在于,在焊眼与接触销之间的区域没有充分地以焊锡填充。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的任务在于,建议一种具有带焊针的接触销的引线框架,其中,能够实现在接触销与电路板的焊眼之间的改进的焊接连接。 
这个任务借助根据一种引线框架来解决。本实用新型的有利设计方案将在下文中进一步描述。 
根据本实用新型,引线框架具有带焊针的接触销,接触销利用焊针引入到至少一个实施在电路板中的焊眼中。在此,焊针具有n边形的横截面,其中n>4。从现有技术中并不已知冲压产品的这类横截面,这是因为建立这类横截面是生产技术复杂的。出于这个原因,在现有技术中仅已知冲压产品的矩形的横截面。 
由此,在焊针与焊眼之间的空隙尺寸(Spaltmaβ)减小。焊针的横截面接近圆形横截面。由此可以实现,焊料在焊针与焊眼的内表面之间的空隙中均匀地分布,并且因而形成最优的焊接连接。 
在一种实施方式中,焊针具有八边形的横截面。该横截面对于应用而言是足够充分地接近圆形横截面的。 
在另一实施方式中,焊针在所有侧上镀锡。由此保证焊接材料达到与焊针的最优连接。 
在这类引线框架的可行的制造工艺方面,焊针要么可以在冲压工艺之前已经镀锡,要么在冲压工艺完工之后给焊针镀锡。显然,也可行的是,已经镀锡的焊针在完工之后再次镀锡,以便消除由冲压工艺造成的损伤。
