背景技术
油墨生产过程中，油墨很多工序中需要进行过滤操作，比如油墨原料的过滤、研磨后的过滤、包装前的过滤，用于去除成品油墨中的杂质，提高成品油墨的品质。而一般的操作方法通常在各个工序中安装过滤装置，以满足过滤需要。但是在每个工序之间都设置过滤装置，不仅安装麻烦成本加大，而且现有的过滤装置过滤效果也差。因此，本实用新型涉及一种可移动的双重过滤装置，可以实现多个工序的循环使用。

本实用新型设计出一种可移动式双重过滤装置，以解决现有油墨加工过滤成本大，过滤效果差的问题。
本使用新型的设计内容为：包括第一过滤器、第二过滤器和输送泵，还包括推车，第一过滤器、第二过滤器和输送泵分别安装于推车上，输送泵设与第一过滤器和第二过滤器之间，输送泵通过管道与两个过滤器连接，第一过滤器和第二过滤器分别由过滤缸体和缸盖组成，过滤缸体和缸盖之间设有锁紧装置，第一过滤器上端设有进料管，第二过滤器下端设有出料管。
所述出料管和进料管管口处设有开关阀。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型涉及了一种可移动式双重过滤装置，通过将过滤装置安装于推车上，可灵活移动，从而满足各工序油墨过滤的需要；分别在输送泵两端安装过滤器，实现双重过滤，提高了过滤质量。本实用新型具有使用方便，降低了生产成本提高了油墨过滤品质的特点。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括第一过滤器2、第二过滤器8和输送泵，还包括推车12，第一过滤器2、第二过滤器8和输送泵6分别安装于推车12上，输送泵6设与第一过滤器2和第二过滤器8之间，输送泵6通过管道7与两个过滤器连接，第一过滤器2和第二过滤器8分别由过滤缸体13和缸盖4组成，过滤缸体13和缸盖4之间设有锁紧装置5，第一过滤器2上端设有进料管3，第二过滤器8下端设有出料管10。
输料泵6设于第一过滤器2和第二过滤器8之间，能够将第一过滤器过滤好后的油墨及时输送至第二过滤器再进行过滤，达到双重过滤的作用。
出料管10和进料管3管口处设有开关阀11，能够对过滤发生问题时及时关停，也保证了在过滤完毕时油墨在管道内回流而使油墨低落至地面而弄脏。
在第一过滤器2和第二过滤器8上设置了缸盖4，在过滤时，可将缸盖4关闭，并用锁紧装置5将其与缸体13密封；而当过滤使用久后，打开缸盖4可对缸体13内进行清洗。

1.一种可移动式双重过滤装置，包括第一过滤器、第二过滤器和输送泵，其特征在于还包括推车，所述第一过滤器、第二过滤器和输送泵分别安装于推车上，输送泵设于第一过滤器和第二过滤器之间，输送泵通过管道与两个过滤器连接，所述第一过滤器和第二过滤器分别由过滤缸体和缸盖组成，所述过滤缸体和缸盖之间设有锁紧装置，所述第一过滤器上端设有进料管，第二过滤器下端设有出料管。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可移动式双重过滤装置，其特征在于所述出料管和进料管管口处设有开关阀。
