本实用新型涉及一种滚揉机，具体说是一种真空滚揉机。
背景技术
目前，食品生产中部分食材需要经过蓬松、腌渍工序，传统工序，传统工艺中需要先用调理在缸、池中将食物腌渍，腌渍过程中需要定时搅拌，费时、费力，且产品口感受工人搅拌效果影响，生产过程中容易被污染。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的便是提供一种省人、省力、省时，保证食料卫生和使其蓬松的搅拌用滚揉机。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：包括机架、滚筒、电机、真空泵，机架一侧前后两端设有支撑轮，机架另一侧设有固定架，支撑轮上方设有胶囊型滚筒，滚筒内壁设有螺旋搅拌叶，滚筒两侧分别设有进料口和与固定架驱接的传动轴，进料口设有密封圈和密封盖，传动轴一端设有链轮，链轮下方设有电机，链轮通过链条与电机连接，进料口下方设有真空泵，真空泵通过软管与密封盖连接。滚筒、搅拌叶、密封盖材质为不锈钢。
由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果：
1、采用机械搅拌，代替人工搅拌，食料搅拌充分，更加均匀。
2、真空状态下食料会蓬松，有利于食料对调理的吸收，缩短腌渍时间，提升效率，节约成本。
3、滚筒、搅拌叶、密封盖材质为不锈钢，不生锈，使食品卫生。
4、整个加工过程全部为密封状态，减少食品对外接触，避免食品的污染。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型的包括机架1、滚筒2、电机3、真空泵4，机架1一侧前后两端设有支撑轮5，机架1另一侧设有固定架6，支撑轮5上方设有胶囊型滚筒2，滚筒2内壁设有螺旋搅拌叶7，滚筒2两侧分别设有进料口8和与固定架6驱接的传动轴9，进料口8设有密封圈10和密封盖11，传动轴9一端设有链轮12，链轮12下方设有电机3，链轮12通过链条13与电机3连接，进料口8下方设有真空泵4，真空泵4通过软管14与密封盖10连接。滚筒2、搅拌叶7、密封盖11材质为不锈钢。
本实用新型的工作原理：将食料放入滚筒2内，盖好密封盖11，接上软管14，接通电源，真空泵4开始工作，将滚筒2内空气抽空，完成真空工作后,电机3转动带动滚筒2转动，通过滚筒2内搅拌叶7将物料搅拌均匀。

1.一种真空滚揉机，包括机架、滚筒、电机、真空泵，其特征在于：所述机架一侧前后两端设有支撑轮，所述机架另一侧设有固定架，所述支撑轮上方设有胶囊型滚筒，所述滚筒内壁设有螺旋搅拌叶，所述滚筒两侧分别设有进料口和与固定架驱接的传动轴，所述进料口设有密封圈和密封盖，所述传动轴一端设有链轮，所述链轮下方设有电机，所述链轮通过链条与电机连接，所述进料口下方设有真空泵，所述真空泵通过软管与密封盖连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空滚揉机，其特征在于：所述滚筒、搅拌叶、密封盖材质为不锈钢。
