本实用新型涉及污泥处理技术领域，特别涉及一种污泥脱水机。
背景技术
污水经过沉淀处理后会产生大量污泥，即使经过浓缩及消化处理，含水率仍高达96％，体积很大，难以消纳处置，必须经过脱水处理，以减少污泥堆置的占地面积。现有的脱水方式主要是晾晒，这种脱水方式占地面积大，脱水效率低。现有技术中也有采用烘干的方式进行脱水的，但是这种脱水方式需要消耗大量的煤炭，不仅不经济，且污染空气。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是，提供一种结构简单、脱水效率高的污泥脱水机。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种污泥脱水机，包括集水箱和U形滤网，所述U形滤网设置在集水箱内，U形滤网的底部固定连接有集泥管，所述集泥管穿过集水箱底板连接集泥池，所述集泥管下端固定连接有齿轮，该齿轮通过链条连接转轮，所述转轮固定连接电机转轴。
进一步，所述集泥管与集水箱底板之间设有钢碗。
所述污泥脱水机还包括污泥管，该污泥管的出口正对U形滤网的侧壁，污泥沿U形滤网的侧壁下流。
所述集泥管的进泥口高出U形滤网底部5cm，使得污泥下流时有一定的阻力，便于脱水。
本实用新型通过电机转轴、链条带动集泥管转动，集泥管带动U形滤网转动，U形滤网在旋转的过程中将污泥滤干，经过U形滤网分离出的污水进入集水箱，脱水以后的污泥沿集泥管进入集泥池。本实用新型通过U形滤网利用离心力的作用进行泥水分离，分离效果好；本实用新型可以不间断、连续作业，脱水效率高。
综上所述，本实用新型具有结构简单，可以连续作业，不间断，脱水效率高，所得污水可以回收再利用的有益效果。

如图1所示，一种污泥脱水机，包括集水箱1和U形滤网2，所述U形滤网2设置在集水箱1内，U形滤网2的底部固定连接有集泥管3，所述集泥管3穿过集水箱1底板连接集泥池4，所述集泥管3下端固定连接有齿轮3a，该齿轮3a通过链条5连接转轮6，所述转轮6固定连接电机转轴7。所述集泥管3与集水箱1底板之间设有钢碗8。所述污泥脱水机还包括污泥管9，该污泥管9的出口正对U形滤网2的侧壁，污泥沿U形滤网2的侧壁下流。所述集泥管3的进泥口3b高出U形滤网2底部5cm。
