本实用新型涉及污泥处理技术领域,特别涉及一种污泥滤干装置。
背景技术
污水经过沉淀处理后会产生大量污泥,即使经过浓缩及消化处理,含水率仍高达96%,体积很大,难以消纳处置,必须经过脱水处理,以减少污泥堆置的占地面积。现有的脱水方式主要是晾晒,这种脱水方式占地面积大,脱水效率低。现有技术中也有采用烘干的方式进行脱水的,但是这种脱水方式需要消耗大量的煤炭,不经济,且污染空气。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,提供一种脱水效果好,占地面积小,脱水效率高的污泥滤干装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种污泥滤干装置,其特征在于:包括柜体,所述柜体连接有进泥管,所述柜体内设有左压板、右压板,左压板和右压板分别通过螺旋推杆连接电机;左压板和右压板分别连接在柜体内侧的左、右导轨上,柜体的底板上设有筛孔,柜体底板一侧通过转轴与柜体右侧板连接,柜体底板另一侧通过卡扣与柜体左侧板连接;柜体底板上还连接有集水箱,柜体上还设有压力传感器,压力传感器和电机均与控制器连接。
经沉淀后,含水率达96%的稀污泥通过进泥管进入柜体内,压力传感器感应到稀污泥填满柜体后,停止进泥,启动电机推动压板挤压柜体内的稀污泥,稀污泥在压力的作用下脱水,分离后的污水透过柜体底板进入集水箱。当柜体内压力升高达到设定数值时,表示稀污泥完成脱水,打开柜体底板,将干污泥取出。然后扣合柜体底板,柜体内的左、右压板复位,再向柜体内充入稀污泥,重复上述步骤,连续对稀污泥进行脱水。经本实用新型脱水后的污泥,含水率可降低至30%。
可见,本实用新型具有结构简单,脱水效果好,占地面积小,脱水效率高的有益效果。

如图1所述,一种污泥滤干装置,包括柜体1,所述柜体1连接有进泥管2,所述柜体1内设有左压板3、右压板4,左压板3和右压板4分别通过螺旋推杆5连接电机6;左压板3连接在柜体内侧的左导轨3a上,右压板4连接在柜体内侧的右导轨4a上,柜体的底板1a上设有筛孔1a1,柜体底板1a一侧通过转轴7与柜体右侧板连接,柜体底板另一侧通过卡扣8与柜体左侧板连接;柜体底板1a上还连接有集水箱9,柜体1上还设有压力传感器10,压力传感器10和电机6均与控制器11连接。
