在塑料件生产之前，需要根据不同要求制备原料，这种原料一般采用塑料颗粒的形式。塑料颗粒由多种物料混合后熔融挤出形成塑条再切割形成，由于塑料件生产一般数量较大，需要大量的塑料颗粒备用，同时，塑料颗粒生产完成后，需要对其分装以便运输，这就需要用到存储装置对塑料颗粒进行存储。现有的塑料颗粒存储设备内部容易混入金属碎屑，从而使得塑料粒子无法保持纯净，影响质量。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的存储装置无法清除金属碎屑的不足，本实用新型提供了滚动型塑料颗粒存储装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：滚动型塑料颗粒存储装置，包括存储体、检视门、出料口、支架和进料口，存储体侧端设有检视门和出料口，存储体顶端设有进料口，存储体与支架相连，存储体内设有轨杆，清除辊固定连接在轨杆上，清除辊表面上覆盖有磁铁层。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例，进一步包括清除辊两端分别设有滚动齿轮，滚动齿轮与轨杆上的齿牙相配合，清除辊的辊轴顶端与驱动电机相连。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例，进一步包括磁铁层通过螺栓与清除辊固定连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是，该存储装置能够吸除内部的金属碎屑，节约了成本，提高了功效。

如图1是本实用新型的结构示意图，滚动型塑料颗粒存储装置，包括存储体1、检视门2、出料口3、支架4和进料口5，存储体1侧端设有检视门2和出料口3，存储体1顶端设有进料口5，存储体1与支架4相连，存储体1内设有轨杆6，清除辊7固定连接在轨杆6上，清除辊7表面上覆盖有磁铁层8，清除辊7两端分别设有滚动齿轮9，滚动齿轮9与轨杆6上的齿牙相配合，清除辊7的辊轴顶端与驱动电机10相连，磁铁层8通过螺栓11与清除辊7固定连接。
存储装置内要进行吸除金属碎屑作业时，首先开启驱动电机10，使得驱动电机10带动清除辊7进行转动，当驱动电机10开始转动时，驱动电机10的轴杆上的滚动齿轮9会扣合在轨杆6上的齿牙进行上下滚动，最后利用清除辊7上的磁铁层8在不断上下滚动中吸附塑料颗粒内的金属碎屑，该存储装置能够吸除内部的金属碎屑，节约了成本，提高了功效。

1.滚动型塑料颗粒存储装置，包括存储体（1）、检视门（2）、出料口（3）、支架（4）和进料口（5），存储体（1）侧端设有检视门（2）和出料口（3），存储体（1）顶端设有进料口（5），存储体（1）与支架（4）相连，其特征是，存储体（1）内设有轨杆（6），清除辊（7）固定连接在轨杆（6）上，清除辊（7）表面上覆盖有磁铁层（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚动型塑料颗粒存储装置，其特征是，清除辊（7）两端分别设有滚动齿轮（9），滚动齿轮（9）与轨杆（6）上的齿牙相配合，清除辊（7）的辊轴顶端与驱动电机（10）相连。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的滚动型塑料颗粒存储装置，其特征是，磁铁层（8）通过螺栓（11）与清除辊（7）固定连接。
