Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种存储装置，尤其是翻转型塑料颗粒存储装置。
背景技术
在塑料件生产之前，需要根据不同要求制备原料，这种原料一般采用塑料颗粒的形式。塑料颗粒由多种物料混合后熔融挤出形成塑条再切割形成，由于塑料件生产一般数量较大，需要大量的塑料颗粒备用，同时，塑料颗粒生产完成后，需要对其分装以便运输，这就需要用到存储装置对塑料颗粒进行存储。但是由于存储体无法挥发内部的水分，容易使得塑料颗粒潮湿变质。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的存储装置内部受潮的不足，本实用新型提供了翻转型塑料颗粒存储装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：翻转型塑料颗粒存储装置，包括存储体、检视门、出料口、支架和进料口，存储体侧端设有检视门和出料口，存储体与支架相连，存储体上端设有进料口，存储体内壁上通过转动电机固定连接有翻板，翻板横置于存储体内。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例，进一步包括存储体内顶设有鼓风机，鼓风机风口朝下。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例，进一步包括转动电机通过架杆固定连接在存储体外壁上。
本实用新型的有益效果是，该存储装置能使其内部保持干燥，防止塑料颗粒受潮变质，节约了成本，提高了功效。

具体实施方式
如图1是本实用新型的结构示意图，翻转型塑料颗粒存储装置，包括存储体1、检视门2、出料口3、支架4和进料口5，存储体1侧端设有检视门2和出料口3，存储体1与支架4相连，存储体1上端设有进料口5，存储体1内壁上通过转动电机6固定连接有翻板7，翻板7横置于存储体1内，存储体1内顶设有鼓风机8，鼓风机8风口朝下，转动电机6通过架杆9固定连接在存储体1外壁上。
当物料通过进料口5注入到存储体1之后，启动转动电机6，使得转动电机6的转轴带动翻板7在存储体1内进行转动，并且利用翻板7来把整个存储体1内部塑料颗粒进行上下翻转，而鼓风机8能够造成从上而下的气流来风干塑料颗粒，该存储装置能使其内部保持干燥，防止塑料颗粒受潮变质，节约了成本，提高了功效。

1.翻转型塑料颗粒存储装置，包括存储体（1）、检视门（2）、出料口（3）、支架（4）和进料口（5），存储体（1）侧端设有检视门（2）和出料口（3），存储体（1）与支架（4）相连，存储体（1）上端设有进料口（5），其特征是，存储体（1）内壁上通过转动电机（6）固定连接有翻板（7），翻板（7）横置于存储体（1）内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的翻转型塑料颗粒存储装置，其特征是，存储体（1）内顶设有鼓风机（8），鼓风机（8）风口朝下。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的翻转型塑料颗粒存储装置，其特征是，转动电机（6）通过架杆（9）固定连接在存储体（1）外壁上。
