背景技术
目前，托压绳轮是保证架空乘人装置安全运行的重要装置，尤其是在架空乘人装置的变坡位置，需安装较多的托压绳轮组来控制钢丝绳不发生跑绳、掉绳，目前采用的托绳轮或压绳轮多数只能实现一种或托绳或压绳的作用，且普通架空乘人装置的托压绳轮主要采用的是圆型轮体，圆型轮体内装有橡胶制造的轮衬，钢丝绳与轮衬长期摩擦致使轮衬容易磨损，保障装置的安全运行需经常检查和更换轮衬，造成材料成本和人工维护成本的增加，而且一条架空乘人装置装有多套托压绳轮，筛选损坏轮衬的难度大，如果筛选损坏轮衬有遗漏还会造成安全隐患。

如图1、图2、图3、图4所示，一种架空乘人装置托压绳轮装置，在压绳轮支架4上装有一组相对的压绳轮组件，所述的压绳轮组件包括两块错开相对的旋转摆臂1，所述的旋转摆臂1为“V”字形，旋转摆臂1通过旋转轴销3装在压绳轮支架4上，在旋转摆臂1的两端分别装有托压绳轮2，托压绳轮2为“工”型。

如图6所示，托压绳轮2“U”型。
如图7所示，一种架空乘人装置托压绳轮装置，在压绳轮支架4上装有一组相对的压绳轮组件，所述的压绳轮组件包括两块错开相对的旋转摆臂1，所述的旋转摆臂1为“V”字形，旋转摆臂1通过旋转轴销3装在压绳轮支架4上，在旋转摆臂1的两端分别装有托压绳轮2，托压绳轮2为“工”型。
当抱索器5通过托压绳轮2时，挤压托压绳轮组件一端的托压绳轮2，利用旋转摆臂的旋转摆动，托压绳轮向外侧移动，另一端的托压绳轮2向内侧移动，挤压钢丝绳6，钢丝绳6发生微型变形，形成弧线，相对安装的压绳轮组件对钢丝绳6形成一组反推力，反向控制钢丝绳6，防止钢丝绳6过度摆动，当抱索器5通过后，托压绳轮组件通过钢丝绳6的张力复位，实现对钢丝绳6的托压控制。
