一种热轧管在线矫直辊,涉及到一种轧钢设备上用的部件,特别是涉及到一种三辊轧机上所用的构件。本实用新型要解决的问题是:改变现有轧机锥形轧辊的形状,使轧辊与热轧管的接触面增大,轧制热轧管时均匀推进,减径、矫直一道工序完成。本实用新型采用弧面轧辊轧制热轧管。轧辊与热轧管的接触面大,热轧管从轧机的三个轧辊进入被轧,到轧出都是均匀、平面接触、渐进轧制;减径、矫直在线热轧一次成形,省电、省时、又省工。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到一种轧钢设备上用的部件,特别是涉及到一种三辊轧机上所用的构件。 
背景技术
轧管机通常有三个轧辊,热轧管从三个轧辊中间轧过,热轧管被减径、轧直。现有的三辊轧机的轧辊是锥形辊,锥形辊的辊面不是一个平面(有两个面也三个面组成的),与热轧管面之间接触面小,被轧过程中,轧辊锥面变化,造成轧制的热轧管面受力不均。被轧热轧管可以减径,但轧出后有弯曲,直线度不够;还需要在后道工序的专用矫直机上再进行矫直。即锥形轧辊的三辊轧机轧制热轧管时,不能一次成形,需增加工序,耗电、耗时又耗工。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是:改变现有轧机锥形轧辊的形状,使轧辊与热扎管的接触面增大,轧制热轧管时均匀推进,减径、矫直一道工序完成。 
本实用新型的技术方案:本实用新型采用弧面轧辊轧制热轧管。 
本实用新型采用弧面轧辊轧制热轧管,轧辊与热轧管的接触面大,热轧管从轧机的三个轧辊进入被轧,到轧出都是均匀平面接触轧制,热轧管不但被减径,而且被矫直。实现在线轧制,减径、矫直一次性完成。

附图1是本实用新型的示意图。附图1中所示有三个弧面轧辊1,热轧管2从三个弧面轧辊1中间轧过。有三个弧面轧辊1的轧机在轧制热轧管2时,是平面渐进、均匀轧制;因此达到减径,且矫直的效果。热轧管2在线轧制一次成形。省电、省时、又省工。
