本实用新型涉及一种无极连续牵引车托压绳装置。
背景技术
无极绳连续牵引车作为一种矿用轨道运输设备，相对于绞车而言，有非常明显的优势，因此，在长距离，大吨位的矿下运输中，无极绳连续牵引车已经运用得越来越普遍。整个系统为无极循环运输，钢丝绳在系统中往复运转。由于巷道条件复杂，会出现变坡，转弯等地形，钢丝绳会出现悬空或者脱离运输轨道的现象，因此需要采取措施对钢丝绳定位，以保持运输过程中钢丝绳的稳定，而现使用的压绳轮支架一般都只是对钢丝绳进行托绳的作用，而在现实巷道中，不可能是一直是平直的，所以难免有钢丝绳抬高的现象，当钢丝绳抬高时，不但影响设备的正常运行，而且还使得钢丝绳不能很好的在托绳轮上滚动运行，影响钢丝绳的使用寿命，同时也存在安全隐患。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种无极连续牵引车主、副绳托压绳装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是，一种无极连续牵引车主、副绳托压绳装置，在支架装有包括一对相对的“T”型主绳压绳轮，在支架装有副绳压绳轮，所述的副绳压绳轮通过副绳压绳轮安装支架装在支架。
在支架的前后两侧各装有一个副绳压绳轮。
本实用新型具有如下的技术效果，主绳无极连续牵引车的主绳采用压绳轮定位，副绳采用采用一对托、压绳轮定位，从而保证钢丝绳在运行过程中位置固定，确定设备的安全正常运行。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，一种无极连续牵引车主、副绳托压绳装置，在支架1装有一对相对的“T”型主绳压绳轮2，所述的“T”型主绳压绳轮2是装在底座3上，在底座3底侧装有导板4，在导板4上开有腰形轴孔6，导板4通过腰形轴孔6装在导板转轴6上，在支架1装有拉簧安装杆9，拉簧7一端装在拉簧安装杆9，另一端固定在底座3上，在支架1装有副绳压绳轮10，所述的副绳压绳轮10通过副绳压绳轮安装支架12装在支架1，在支架1的前后两侧各装有一个副绳压绳轮10，无极连续牵引车轨道4装在支架1上，主绳8压在“T”型主绳压绳轮2之间，副绳13从支架1的前后两侧副绳压绳轮10上下绕过。

1.一种无极连续牵引车主、副绳托压绳装置，在支架(1)装有一对相对的“T”型主绳压绳轮(2)，其特征在于：在支架(1)装有副绳压绳轮(10)，所述的副绳压绳轮(10)通过副绳压绳轮安装支架(12)装在支架(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无极连续牵引车主、副绳托压绳装置，其特征在于：在支架(1)的前后两侧各装有一个副绳压绳轮(10)。
