背景技术
在石油、涂料及一些化工领域的生产企业中，需要使用钢桶来盛装产品。为了提高钢桶的使用率，在产品使用后，需要对钢桶进行翻新，以便重新使用。
目前的钢桶内壁处理先将钢桶放置的升降托桶架上，卡具卡紧，刷子盘进给对桶内壁进行打磨处理。刷子盘移动部分的结构复杂，设备精度要求高，设备成本高。

本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷，而提供一种结构简单，成本低的桶内壁翻新处理装置。
为实现本实用新型的目的所采用的技术方案是：
一种桶内壁翻新处理装置，包括主机架、刷子盘总成、刷子盘旋转电机、升降托桶架、卡具总成、钢桶旋转电机、卡具移位架和卡具移位驱动机构，所述主机架的一端安装有所述刷子盘总成，所述刷子盘总成中的传动杆通过刷子旋转传动机构与所述刷子盘旋转电机连接；所述卡具移位架通过相配合的导套和导柱安装于所述主机架的另一端，所述卡具移位架与所述卡具移位驱动机构连接，所述卡具总成中的旋转传动轴通过卡具旋转传动机构与所述钢桶旋转电机连接；所述卡具总成和钢桶旋转电机安装于所述卡具移位架上；所述升降托桶架安装于所述主机架的中部。
所述卡具移位驱动机构为气缸或油缸。
所述主机架上与桶口相应的一侧安装有拨叉，所述拨叉与拨叉驱动气缸或油缸连接。

本实用新型桶内壁翻新处理装置的示意图如图1所示，包括主机架1、刷子盘总成4、刷子盘旋转电机2、升降托桶架12、卡具总成5、钢桶旋转电机7、卡具移位架8和卡具移位驱动机构9，所述主机架1的一端安装有所述刷子盘总成4，所述刷子盘总成4中的传动杆通过刷子旋转传动机构3与所述刷子盘旋转电机2连接；所述卡具移位架8通过相配合的导套13和导柱14安装于所述主机架1的另一端，所述卡具移位架8与所述卡具移位驱动机构9连接，所述卡具总成5中的旋转传动轴通过卡具旋转传动机构6与所述钢桶旋转电机7连接；所述卡具总成5和钢桶旋转电机7安装于所述卡具移位架8上。所述升降托桶架12安装于所述主机架1的中部。
本实施例中，所述卡具移位驱动机构9为气缸或油缸。
为了便于桶卡紧，所述主机架1上与桶口相应的一侧安装有拨叉10，所述拨叉10与拨叉驱动气缸11或油缸连接。
使用时，将钢桶放置于升降托桶架12上，升降托桶架上升到卡具总成中卡爪的位置，拨叉驱动气缸或油缸动作，带动拨叉将桶拨到卡爪内，卡具动作将桶卡住。升降托桶架下降。拨叉驱动气缸或油缸复位。桶旋转电机8通过卡具旋转传动机构带动卡具总成中的卡爪转动，从而带动桶一起转动。卡具移位驱动机构9带动卡具移位架8向刷子盘方向移动，同时，刷子盘在刷子盘旋转电机2的带动下进入桶内部，对桶壁进行打磨处理。打磨处理完成后，卡具移位驱动机构9带动卡具移位架8反向移动，使卡具移位架8回到初始位置。升降托桶架上升，卡具松开桶，升降托桶架将桶托住并下降，进行下桶，完成一个桶的处理。
