本实用新型涉及水表模拟走字工作状态测试及故障检测设备工装,具体涉及一种立式水表模拟走字测试工装。
背景技术
由于现在智能电器普及,智能水表需求量大,智能水表需要经过走字、测试(检定)后方可投入使用,现有水表模拟走字测试工装大多结构复杂,接入测试水表表位少而且表位分散,不便于测试人员统一集中操作。
实用新型内容
鉴于上述不足之处,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、可同时提供多个表位便于测试人员统一集中操作的立式水表模拟走字测试工装。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:
一种立式水表模拟走字测试工装,包括支架,所述支架两侧设置有分水管,分水管下侧设置有一入水口,分水管上侧还设有若干进水支管;所述支架上还设置有水槽,且水槽置于两侧分水管之间;所述水槽上设置有一支撑架,所述进水支管的出水端固定在支撑架下端;支撑架上端还设置有若干与进水支管相配合的出水支管,所述进水支管的出水端与出水支管的进水端在竖直面一一配合;
所述出水支管的出水端与水槽相配合。
所述进水支管上设置有开关阀门A。
所述出水支管上也设置有开关阀门B。
所述水槽一端有出水口。
所述支架为不锈钢支架。
所述支撑架为不锈钢支撑架。
所述水槽为不锈钢水槽。
所述进水支管与出水支管均为10根。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型结构简单,提供多个表位,可同时对多个待测试立式水表进行走字测试,使用方便,便于测试人员统一集中操作。

具体实施方式
下面我们将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种立式水表模拟走字测试工装,包括支架1,支架1两侧设置有分水管2,分水管2下侧设置有一入水口3,分水管2上侧还设有10根进水支管4;支架1上还设置有水槽5,且水槽5置于两侧分水管2之间;水槽5上设置有一支撑架6,进水支管4的出水端固定在支撑架6下端;支撑架6上端还设置有10根与进水支管4相配合的出水支管7,进水支管4的出水端与出水支管7的进水端在竖直面一一配合;出水支管7的出水端与水槽5相配合。进水支管4上设置有开关阀门A8。出水支管7上也设置有开关阀门B9。水槽5一端有出水口10。本实施例中,支架1、支撑架6、水槽5为不锈钢材质。
使用时,水流经入水口3进入分水管2,再由分水管2分别进入进水支管4,由于进水支管4的出水端与出水支管7的进水端在竖直面一一配合,这就使得立式水表11在竖直面一端连接进水支管4的出水端,另一端连接出水支管7的进水端,可以通过开关阀门A8和开关阀门B9对进出立式水表11的水流大小进行调节,便于立式水表11更好的走字测试;从立式水表11出来的水流经出水支管7的出水端进入水槽5,最后经出水口10排出。

1.一种立式水表模拟走字测试工装,包括支架(1),其特征在于:
所述支架(1)两侧设置有分水管(2),分水管(2)下侧设置有一入水口(3),分水管(2)上侧还设有若干进水支管(4);
所述支架(1)上还设置有水槽(5),且水槽(5)置于两侧分水管(2)之间;
所述水槽(5)上设置有一支撑架(6),所述进水支管(4)的出水端固定在支撑架(6)下端;支撑架(6)上端还设置有若干与进水支管相配合的出水支管(7),所述进水支管(4)的出水端与出水支管(7)的进水端在竖直面一一配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立式水表模拟走字测试工装,其特征在于:所述出水支管(7)的出水端与水槽(5)相配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的立式水表模拟走字测试工装,其特征在于:所述进水支管(4)上设置有开关阀门A(8)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的立式水表模拟走字测试工装,其特征在于:所述出水支管(7)上也设置有开关阀门B(9)。
