一种圆锥轴承外圈轴向自定位及自锁装置,适用于非预负荷安装的轴承。包括外圈、内圈、滚子及保持器,在外圈的小端与保持器之间设有挡圈;挡圈带有凹槽一与凸台一,凹槽一与凸台一分别与外圈的凹槽二与凸台二相配合装配,通过粘合剂粘连;通过外圈和挡圈的自定位及自锁调整和固定圆锥轴承的轴向游隙。本实用新型不改变轴承的整体外观,在外圈的小端增加挡环,通过控制挡环和外圈的总高度来精确控制轴承的轴向游隙,避免使用者在安装时采用固定隔圈而造成轴承游隙不可控制,轴向游隙调整效率高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及轴承制造技术领域,具体是一种圆锥轴承外圈轴向自定位及自锁装置。
背景技术
轴承的主要作用是支承轴和轴上的零件,保持轴的旋转精度,减少转轴与支承之间的摩擦。
但是由于使用、维护和装配不当等,轴承早期失效现象越来越普遍,直接影响轴承的使用寿命和可靠性。
在圆锥轴承中,80%的轴承早期失效是由于轴承的安装预紧力和调整造成的。轴承游隙是其工作过程中保证润滑所必须的轴向或径向间隙,在轴承产品技术条件中均有标准的规定。如果装配调整不当,间隙过大会造成轴承滚子旋转过程中产生振动,破坏油膜,导致产品早期失效;如间隙过小使滚子和滚道之间所形成的摩擦力偏大,轴承体发热,局部高温引起轴承塑性变形而失效。
圆锥轴承是游隙可调轴承,其游隙在使用过程中通过调整预负荷来调整。但是实际使用中使用者往往缺乏对设备和仪器调整的专业技能。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种圆锥轴承外圈轴向自定位及自锁装置,使安装轴承在无预紧力时,通过在外圈与保持架之间安装调整挡环,达到精确调整圆锥轴承游隙的目的。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型包括外圈、内圈、滚子及保持器,其特征在于:在外圈与保持器之间设有挡圈;通过外圈和挡圈的自定位及自锁调整和固定圆锥轴承的轴向游隙。
所述挡圈带有凹槽一与凸台一,凹槽一与凸台一分别与外圈的凹槽二与凸台二相配合装配,通过粘合剂粘连。
所述挡圈装在外圈的小端与保持器之间。
本实用新型不改变轴承的整体外观,在外圈的小端增加挡环,通过控制挡环和外圈的总高度来精确控制轴承的轴向游隙,避免使用者在安装时采用固定隔圈而造成轴承游隙不可控制。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1、圆锥轴承外圈轴向可自定位,因采用挡环在安装前进行轴向游隙控制,可取代轴承使用者后期用隔圈调整游隙,造成轴承游隙不可控制。
2、挡环与外圈采用磨配,挡环的调整精度为0.1mm,轴向游隙精度高。
3、圆锥轴承外圈的轴向自定位是根据外圈尺寸磨配挡环,并取消使用者的后期调整;而隔圈是采用加工好的多尺寸隔圈进行组合使用,所以本实用新型的轴向游隙调整效率高。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,本实用新型包括外圈1、内圈2、滚子3及保持器4,在外圈1的小端与保持器4之间设有挡圈5;所述挡圈5带有凹槽一6与凸台一7,凹槽一6与凸台一7分别与外圈1的凹槽二8与凸台二9相配合装配,用压力机压装后紧密连接,通过粘合剂粘连,轴承的承载力不得小于30Kg,外圈1与挡圈5的平行度公差控制在0.1mm以内,连接的可靠性和承载性高。通过外圈1和挡圈5的自定位及自锁,控制外圈1与挡圈5总高度,可控制轴承的轴向游隙为0.13~0.20mm,以调整和固定圆锥轴承的轴向游隙,也可以根据使用者要求进行精密游隙的控制和调整,有效避免了后期安装的游隙偏大或偏小等不可控现象。
为保证轴承的轴向游隙,本圆锥轴承的装配工艺为:
1、对外圈1、内圈2、滚子3清洗并退磁;
2、在外圈1、内圈2表面打钢号;
3、装配滚子3;
4、收缩保持器4的窗孔;
5、检查轴承的装配高度;
6、处理外圈1、挡圈5的粘合面;
7、选配轴承的轴向游隙;
8、在外圈1、挡圈5的结合面涂粘合剂;
9、压装挡圈5;
10、对轴承烘干固化;
11、检查粘合后轴承的装配高度;
12、对轴承定量注润滑脂;
13、包装入库。

1.一种圆锥轴承外圈轴向自定位及自锁装置,包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)、滚子(3)及保持器(4),其特征在于:在外圈(1)与保持器(4)之间设有挡圈(5);通过外圈(1)和挡圈(5)的自定位及自锁调整和固定圆锥轴承的轴向游隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆锥轴承外圈轴向自定位及自锁装置,其特征在于:所述挡圈(5)带有凹槽一(6)与凸台一(7),凹槽一(6)与凸台一(7)分别与外圈(1)的凹槽二(8)与凸台二(9)相配合装配,通过粘合剂粘连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的圆锥轴承外圈轴向自定位及自锁装置,其特征在于:所述挡圈(5)装在外圈(1)的小端与保持器(4)之间。
