本实用新型涉及换电模式电动汽车单体锂电池安装部件领域,具体涉及一种便于装卸的圆柱型单体锂电池负极保护罩,以方便单体锂电池在电动汽车上的安装应用。
背景技术
电动汽车用的动力电池有相当一部分是钢壳圆柱型结构,其圆柱体外形尺寸有Φ26mm、Φ18mm,长度有65mm、32mm等规格,分别称做钢壳圆柱26650型和18650型单体电池。电池由外部钢壳(负极)、内部的电芯、正极帽盖、过流保护片等部件组成。在对两个以上单体电池进行串并联成组过程中,通常在正极帽盖上和圆柱体底部(负极),要进行烫锡焊或压点焊接。正极帽盖与电池芯之间有绝缘胶圈、过流保护片、正极导体各部件的隔离、焊接热量不易传到电芯内部对电芯造成损伤;而电池负极外壳和电芯之间只有一层紧紧缠裹在一起的绝缘的纶膜,其厚度只有百分之几毫米,如果烫焊时间过长或是点焊电流过大,由此产生的热量就会造成的纶膜的损坏,继而影响到电芯的损伤。如果烫焊时间过短,或是压点电流过小,则负极引出线和外壳之间就容易造成假焊,使接触电阻变大,输出电流减小,在工艺上也是不允许的。因此,设计一种便于装卸的圆柱型单体锂电池负极保护罩,以方便单体锂电池在电动汽车上的安装应用;可以在锂电池的成组焊接中,有效保护电池内部电芯结构,在完成成组后,既不增加外 电路接触电阻,保证正常的电流输出,又非常方便单体电池的装卸,具有积极的现实意义。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种便于装卸的圆柱型单体锂电池负极保护罩,以方便单体锂电池在电动汽车上的安装应用。
为达上述目的,本实用新型采用了这样的技术方案:所述便于装卸的圆柱型单体锂电池负极保护罩,由电池外壳、保护罩、弹簧卡箍、电池负极导线组成;其特征在于,电池外壳的负极端为拉毛或滚压段;保护罩的开口端均布有若干个开槽,保护罩的底部外侧焊接有电池负极导线;保护罩与电池外壳的负极端上的拉毛或滚压段匹配对接,保护罩的开槽上固定弹簧卡箍。
采用这样的结构后,电池外壳的负极端为拉毛或滚压段,其目的在于增加保护罩和电池外壳负极之间的接触面积和摩擦力,保证接触电阻最小和防滑脱松动;保护罩前都有若干开口槽,也是为了便于和电池外壳负极之间的压紧;弹簧卡箍是在摩擦压紧之外又增加的一种更强的箍紧力,通过三种不同的工艺方法,共同达到一个目的,既便于装卸又能不增加接触电阻。保护罩底部外侧焊接电池负极导线的方法,克服了传统电池外壳焊接负极导线的诸种弊端。
这样,既保证了电池负极与外电路接触的可靠性,又能很方便地将有故障的电池从电池组中取下来,对于电动汽车动力电池组单体电池的维护、检修、更换都十分方便,经装车试用,效果良好。
总之,本实用新型所述便于装卸的圆柱型单体锂电池负极保护罩,在电动汽 车上的安装应用,可以避免锂电池与导线的直接焊接,有效保护电池内部电芯结构,可以有效避免对单体电池的破坏;在完成成组后,既不增加外电路接触电阻,保证正常的电流输出,又非常方便单体电池的装卸;在对每个单体电池进行维护检修或更换过程中,特别是在执行换电模式的电动汽车电池成组中,具有方便、快捷的积极效果。
