本实用新型涉及一种包装架,特别是一种用于TFT-LCD玻璃基板包装架。
背景技术
TFT-LCD玻璃基板在成品包装时,玻璃基板的底边与包装架的底板完全接触,这样包装完好后送到客户的生产线进行一片一片的取片卸载过程,玻璃基板的底边与包装架的底板由于完全接触而产生较大的摩擦力,这种摩擦力会使玻璃基板的底边端角部应力变大,导致玻璃基板掉角的发生,从而造成客户产线故障停机,损耗增大,良品率下降,成本增加,影响生产效率,并且破坏了供货商和客户的合作关系,失去双赢的供销理念。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种在TFT-LCD玻璃基板包装架包装完好后,在客户生产线上取片时避免玻璃基板角部掉角情况发生的TFT-LCD玻璃基板包装架。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取以下技术方案:
一种TFT-LCD玻璃基板包装架,包括底座,底座背板与所述底座一侧连接且向后倾斜,所述底座背板上设置背板衬板,底座上固定底板,所述底板包括KT板和橡胶板,KT板和橡胶板一侧与底座背板连接,且KT板位于橡胶板上方, KT板的长度小于背板衬板的长度。
所述底板的长度比G5玻璃基板的长度短,玻璃基板底边平行于背板衬板放置于底板上时,玻璃基板底边在底板两端各悬空30-40mm。
玻璃基板底边平行于背板衬板放置于底板上时,玻璃基板底边在底板两端各悬空35mm。
底座背板(2)向后倾斜的角度是大于90°,小于等于110°。
本实用新型具有以下优点:当用于包装玻璃基板底边在包装架底板两端各悬空35-40mm时,可以避免玻璃基板在用户取片卸载时玻璃基板掉角破损的发生。

具体实施方式
一种TFT-LCD玻璃基板包装架,包括底座1,底座背板2与所述底座1一侧连接且向后倾斜的角度为95°、98°、100°、103°、105°、108°、110°,所述底座背板2上设置背板衬板3,底座1上固定底板4,所述底板4包括KT板5和橡胶板6,KT板5和橡胶板6一侧与底座背板2连接,且KT板5位于橡胶板6上方,KT板5的长度小于背板衬板3的长度。
所述底板4的长度比G5玻璃基板的长度短,玻璃基板底边平行于背板衬板3放置于底板4上时,玻璃基板底边在底板4两端各悬空30-40mm。这样可以避免玻璃基板在用户生产线取片卸载时因玻璃基板底边两端角部与包装架底板产生摩擦而导致掉角破损事故发生,从而降低了产线设备停机率及玻璃基板取片损耗,提高生产效率,促进供销双方进一步合作。

1.一种TFT-LCD玻璃基板包装架,包括底座(1),底座背板(2)与所述底座(1)一侧连接且向后倾斜,其特征在于:所述底座背板(2)上设置背板衬板(3),底座(1)上固定底板(4),所述底板(4)包括KT板(5)和橡胶板(6),KT板(5)和橡胶板(6)一侧与底座背板(2)连接,且KT板(5)位于橡胶板(6)上方, KT板(5)的长度小于背板衬板(3)的长度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种TFT-LCD玻璃基板包装架,其特征在于:所述底板(4)的长度比G5玻璃基板的长度短,玻璃基板底边平行于背板衬板(3)放置于底板(4)上时,玻璃基板底边在底板(4)两端各悬空30-40mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种TFT-LCD玻璃基板包装架,其特征在于:玻璃基板底边平行于背板衬板放置于底板(4)上时,玻璃基板底边在底板(4)两端各悬空35mm。
