本实用新型涉及一种预裁软质小面料常压背注注塑面料装配孔结构。
背景技术
以预裁软质小面料合模注塑方法生产的产品,在面料覆盖区常有一些装配孔,为保证注塑过程不漏料需要,需要采用注塑后修切孔方式,增加了一道工序,虽然小面料边缘不需要修切,但是装配孔还需要修切,为此增加了工时及工序,并可能增加修切的废品,产品成本增高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了为解决上述技术问题,而提供一种常压背注注塑面料装配孔结构。
本实用新型是将A面面料覆盖在骨架上,A面面料夹设在骨架与注塑层之间,A面面料上具有X形裁切口,X形裁切口位于骨架和注塑层的装配孔处。
本实用新型的形成过程:
先将A面面料完好覆在骨架上,然后在A面面料的装配孔区进行X形裁切,形成X形裁切口,再进行注塑形成注塑层,注塑后,骨架、A面面料和注塑层形成一体结构,注塑时,有柱体将该装配孔区的X形裁切口封堵住。装配时,焊柱可以直接穿过具有X形裁切口的装配孔。
本实用新型的有益效果:
1、产品注塑后,A面面料覆盖区装配孔不需要修切,节约了工时,提高了生产效率,不再有修切废品出现。装配时,焊柱可以直接穿过具有X形裁切口的装配孔。
2、结束了预裁软质小面料常压背注注塑产品面料覆盖区不能有孔的历史。

请参阅图1所示,本实施例是是将A面面料1覆盖在骨架2上,A面面料1夹设在骨架2与注塑层3之间,A面面料1上具有X形裁切口5,X形裁切口5位于骨架2和注塑层3的装配孔4处。
本实施例的形成过程:
先将A面面料1完好覆在骨架2上,然后在A面面料1的装配孔4区进行X形裁切,形成X形裁切口5,再进行注塑形成注塑层3,注塑后,骨架2、A面面料1和注塑层3形成一体结构,注塑时,有柱体将该装配孔4区的X形裁切口5封堵住。装配时,焊柱可以直接穿过具有X形裁切口5的装配孔4。
