Abstract

一种新型机械传动混砂车，包括底盘车以及其上的混合泵及驱动传动装置，所述的驱动传动装置包括依次连接的发动机、离合减速箱、传动轴以及角齿轮传动箱，所述的角齿轮传动箱连接所述的混合泵。本实用新型混砂车以机械传动为主，动力由台上发动机提供，通过离合器、减速箱和传动轴来驱动角齿轮传动箱，从而带动混砂车的离心混合泵运转。经试验验证，非常适合用于油田增产和页岩气、煤层气开发领域，机械传动易检修维护，使用寿命长。

技术领域
本实用新型属于石油装备领域，具体为一种油田压裂用混砂车。 
背景技术
我国虽然是能源大国，但石油储量比较少；近年来，随着石油开采时间的推移，产量日渐减少，以往的采油工艺也不能满足实际的工况需求。为了提高原油采收率，通常需要使用压裂机组通过向地下岩层注入酸性混合支撑剂等作业，提高油层通透性，提高原油采收率。其中混砂车为压裂机组的核心车辆之一，通过混砂系统将支撑颗粒及其他材料配置压裂液并供给高压泵车注入井底。近年来，随着煤层气、页岩气的开发，需要高砂比、混合均匀的酸性混合支撑剂，目前混砂车采用液压驱动，其有以下缺陷：功率损失大，事故率高，不易检修和维护。 
实用新型内容
针对上述缺陷，本发明提供一种功率损失小，简单易维护的新型机械传动混砂车。 
本实用新型是通过以下方案实现的：所述的驱动传动装置包括依次连接的发动机、离合减速箱、传动轴以及角齿轮传动箱，所述的角齿轮传动箱连接所述的混合泵；所述的发动机、离合减速箱、传动轴以及混合泵由车头至车尾依次排列；所述的底盘车尾部设有螺旋输砂器，且其出口与混合泵的导砂口相对应。 
以上方案进一步包括： 
所述的发动机为C18发动机。
所述的混合泵为离心混合泵。 
所述的底盘车上设有操作平台，其上设有操作控制柜或操作控制室。 
所述的发动机上设有散热器。 
所述的操作平台上设有液压油箱，所述的混合泵上连接吸入、排出管汇。 
本实用新型对比现有的混砂车的主要优势： 
1.现有混砂车采用液压驱动，功率损失大。而该混砂车以机械传动为主，液压系统仅驱动油缸等辅助部分，发动机功率损失大大降低。
2.机械传动可靠性高，简单易维护。 
3.机械传动节省了大量的液压元件和管路，使得空间富余，方便检修和保养。 
4.离心混合泵的驱动由传动轴通过角齿轮传动箱传动，安装简单，传动效率高。 
5.机械传动，故障易察觉、检修。

具体实施方式， 
参见图1，一种新型机械传动混砂车，包括底盘车1以及其上由前至后依次布置的C18发动机2、离合减速箱11、传动轴10、角齿轮传动箱12以及螺旋输砂器8，其中C18发动机2、离合减速箱11、传动轴10、角齿轮传动箱12依次连接形成驱动传动装置；C18发动机2上设有散热器3，角齿轮传动箱12上安装离心混合泵7，离心混合泵7上部设有导砂口并与螺旋输砂器8的输出口相对应，离心混合泵7的左侧设有吸入、排出管汇9，管汇的周围的空间架设操作平台5，操作平台5上设有液压油箱4和操作控制柜（或者操作控制室）6。
本实用新型混砂车以机械传动为主，动力由台上发动机提供，通过离合器、减速箱和传动轴来驱动角齿轮传动箱，从而带动混砂车的离心混合泵运转。经试验验证，非常适合用于油田增产和页岩气、煤层气开发领域，机械传动易检修维护，使用寿命长。 
对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下，有可能对具体尺寸，或者局部结构做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种新型机械传动混砂车，包括底盘车以及其上的混合泵及驱动传动装置，其特征在于：所述的驱动传动装置包括依次连接的发动机、离合减速箱、传动轴以及角齿轮传动箱，所述的角齿轮传动箱连接所述的混合泵；所述的发动机、离合减速箱、传动轴以及混合泵由车头至车尾依次排列；所述的底盘车尾部设有螺旋输砂器，且其出口与混合泵的导砂口相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型机械传动混砂车，其特征在于：所述的发动机为C18发动机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型机械传动混砂车，其特征在于：所述的混合泵为离心混合泵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型机械传动混砂车，其特征在于：所述的底盘车上设有操作平台，其上设有操作控制柜或操作控制室。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型机械传动混砂车，其特征在于：所述的发动机上设有散热器。
6.根据权利要求4所述的新型机械传动混砂车，其特征在于：所述的操作平台上设有液压油箱，所述的混合泵上连接吸入、排出管汇。
