本实用新型涉及一种用于轴流泵带耐磨环的叶轮外壳结构,特别涉及对叶轮外壳结构的改进。 
背景技术
轴流泵在运转过程中,叶轮外壳是固定的,叶片外圆球面与叶轮室内球面存在着间隙,为了提高水泵的耐磨性及抗气蚀性,节约成本,需要在叶轮外壳内衬不锈钢板。在实际操作中通常是先加工叶轮外壳内壁,后加工叶轮外壳衬套的外壁(加工衬套后需在衬套上打好焊接孔),操作完成后将衬套内衬到叶轮室内,然后通过焊接孔堆焊使两者牢固,再整体加工内球面。整个制作工艺复杂繁琐,考虑到其焊接性能,叶轮外壳的材质也至少必须是铸钢的,这样也增加了成本。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中所存在的上述问题,提供一种新型的带耐磨环的叶轮外壳结构。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型一种新型带耐磨环的叶轮外壳结构,包括,泵轴、水导轴承、导叶体、叶轮、导流锥、进水喇叭、叶轮外壳,其特征在于,还包括,一耐磨环,该耐磨环以紧配合嵌入于该叶轮外壳内,该耐磨环内面与该叶轮相对。 
藉此,提高其耐磨性和抗气蚀性,满足客户的需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作详细说明。 
请参见图2,先加工叶轮外壳1内壁,后加工耐磨环外壁,在叶轮外壳内通过紧配合嵌入耐磨环2,打入4-6个M10的内六角平端紧定螺钉3使其嵌入牢固,然后加工与叶轮转子配合的内壁。这样就简化了加工制作工艺,而耐磨环的材料选择范围更广,其叶轮外壳材质也可以用铸铁,大大节约了成本。
