本实用新型涉及多级泵,特别是一种新型带诱导轮节段式多级泵。 
背景技术
现有多级泵通常都是通过加大首级叶轮进口直径而改善泵的汽蚀性能,结构,如图1所示,1、进水段;2、首级叶轮;3、中段;4、叶轮;5、导叶;6末级导叶;7、出水段等组成。它存在以下缺点: 
1、加大首级叶轮进口直径的方法改善汽蚀性能有一定的限制性,若一味的加大必然对泵的效率有较大的影响。
2、在给水泵进口压力较低时易发生汽蚀。 
3、若介质温度较高时易发生汽蚀。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的改善泵的汽蚀性能,提供一种新型带诱导轮节段式多级泵。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型是这样实现的:一种新型带诱导轮节段式多级泵,主要由进水段、首级叶轮、中段、叶轮、导叶、末级导叶、出水段和转轴组成,其特征在于:所述进水段与中段之间设置一诱导轮中段,该诱导轮中段内的转轴上设置有一诱导轮。 
所述诱导轮具备一诱导轮衬圈,该诱导轮衬圈与诱导轮中段固定连接。 
本实用新型的优点:通用性和操作性强,大幅提高多级泵的汽蚀性能,满足泵在高温和低汽蚀余量的工况条件下正常工作。

图2中所示的是一种新型带诱导轮节段式多级泵,主要由进水段1、首级叶轮5、中段6、叶轮8、导叶7、末级导叶9、出水段10和转轴组成,所述进水段与中段之间设置一诱导轮中段4,该诱导轮中段内的转轴上设置有一诱导轮3。所述诱导轮具备一诱导轮衬圈,该诱导轮衬圈2与诱导轮中段固定连接。 
使用时,诱导轮中段及诱导轮衬圈来实现介质由进水段流经诱导轮至首级叶轮进口。
