技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种舱顶灯支架，特别是涉及一种水面舰艇及海洋工程使用的凸起拉伸冲压型可调角度的舱顶灯支架，是对现有的舰艇及海洋工程用的舱顶灯支架结构的改进，属于舱顶灯支架的制造技术。
背景技术
目前，现有的各种类型水面舰艇及海洋工程使用的舱顶灯支架，大多数仍然采用传统式焊接工艺加工，仍然采用一种规格的舱顶灯配置一个支架，这种安装角度的配置仪的支架，即在舱顶灯支架主体的制作结构中，采用DN20mm～25mm的钢管按一定角度弯曲后与T=3mm～6mm的钢板焊接或全部采用角钢焊接完成。从以上结构特点可以看出，安装占用空间较大，其外形结构复杂、制作工序繁琐、焊接量大、易变形、外观造型笨重等缺点。由于其焊接量大，必然导致其焊接质量的不稳定，安装在振动频率较大环境下，易出现开焊，影响安全使用，对电缆存在较大的潜在威胁，且不便于更换。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术存在的上述不足，针对目前现有各种类型水面舰艇及海洋工程使用的舱顶灯支架存在的缺陷，给出了一种用于各种类型水面舰艇及海洋工程使用的凸起拉伸冲压型可调角度的舱顶灯支架。该可调角度的舱顶灯支架采用整体凸起拉伸冲压成型工艺制作，包括有作为主体承载舱顶灯并可调角度的舱顶灯安装板和可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的连接固定支撑板，无需焊接加工成为一体。可根据舱顶灯的规格和现场照明角度的需要随意调整；解决不同规格、各种照射角度舱顶灯使用同一种灯支架的问题。具有结构轻巧、降低船上空间的占有率、便于更换、造型美观、抗震动性能强、安装方便等优点，特别适合各种类型水面舰艇及海洋工程上使用，实现了各种类型水面舰艇及海洋工程使用的舱顶灯支架制造领域质的飞跃。
本实用新型给出的技术方案是：这种凸起拉伸冲压型可调角度的舱顶灯支架，包括有作为主体承载舱顶灯并可调角度的舱顶灯安装板和可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的连接固定支撑板，两者均通过整体凸起拉伸冲压加工成为一体化结构，而无需焊接加工成为一体。
为更好的实现本实用新型的目的，所述的可调角度的舱顶灯安装板和可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的连接固定支撑板采用整体凸起拉伸冲压使其一端向上翻边的“半环”型加强筋，其主体的中部向内拉伸形成凸起的“人”字型加强筋。
为更好的实现本实用新型的目的，所述的可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的一端向上翻边的“半环”型加强筋内部冲剪有围绕旋转圆心的一个方孔和具有固定夹角的多个方孔。
为更好的实现本实用新型的目的，所述的可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的另一端的安装面板向上凸起的“C”型加强筋，采用冲压拉伸工艺完成，在“C”型加强筋冲剪多功能安装孔。
为更好的实现本实用新型的目的，所述的可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的连接固定支撑板的一端向上翻边的“半环”型加强筋内部冲剪有围绕旋转圆心的一个园孔、具有固定夹角的多个园孔。
为更好的实现本实用新型的目的，所述的可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的连接固定支撑板的底板上向上凸起两条“半园”型加强筋内部冲剪腰圆型安装孔。
为更好的实现本实用新型的目的，所述的可调角度的舱顶灯安装板一端的围绕旋转圆心上的一个方孔、具有固定夹角的多个方孔与可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的连接固定支撑板一端的围绕旋转圆心上的一个圆孔、具有固定夹角的多个园孔相配合，相互旋转180°时，均有一个角度的固定孔可完成螺栓固定。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：改变了舱顶灯支架的传统结构和加工工艺，该可调角度的舱顶灯支架采用凸起拉伸冲压成型工艺制作，包括有作为主体承载舱顶灯并可调角度的舱顶灯安装板和可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的连接固定支撑板，无需焊接加工成为一体；改变了原有舱顶灯支架主体的结构制作中采用的传统式焊接工艺加工，一种规格的舱顶灯配置一个支架，一种安装角度的配置一个支架，即在舱顶灯支架主体的制作结构中，采用DN20mm~25mm的钢管按一定角度弯曲后与T=3mm~6mm的钢板焊接或全部采用角钢焊接完成。从以上结构特点可以看出，安装占用空间较大，其外形结构复杂、制作工序繁琐、焊接量大、易变形、外观造型笨重等缺点。由于其焊接量大，必然导致其焊接质量的不稳定，安装在振动频率较大环境下，易出现开焊，影响安全使用，对电缆存在较大的潜在威胁，且不便于更换。

如图4～图6所示，这种凸起拉伸冲压型可调角度的舱顶灯支架，作为可调角度的舱顶灯安装板主体1A，包括作为可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的安装面板2A组成，包括可调角度的舱顶灯安装板旋转圆心上的方孔6A，包括可调角度的舱顶灯安装板具有固定夹角的多个方孔7A，包括可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的面板上的多功能安装孔8A，采用整体冲压工艺完成。作为可调角度的舱顶灯安装板上凸起的“人”字型加强筋3A，作为可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的面板上向上凸起的“C”型加强筋4A，作为可调角度的舱顶灯安装板向上翻边的“半环”型加强筋5A，采用整体凸起拉伸工艺完成。作为可调角度的舱顶灯安装板主体1A的下部折曲后形成可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的安装面板2A，以此实现该品种支架无焊接工艺的整体结构，而传统结构型式的该品种无此设计。
如图7所示，这种凸起拉伸冲压型可调角度的舱顶灯支架，包括有作为主体承载舱顶灯并可调角度的舱顶灯安装板和可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的连接固定支撑板，两者均通过整体凸起拉伸冲压加工成为一体化结构，而无需焊接加工成为一体。在现场实际使用时，可根据舱顶灯的长度规格，将该支架安装距离放宽或缩小即可完成舱顶灯的安装；再根据舱顶灯照射角度需要，调整旋转角度后，将固定螺栓锁紧完成舱顶灯的安装。

1.一种凸起拉伸冲压型可调角度的舱顶灯支架，包括有可调角度的舱顶灯安装板和可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的连接固定支撑板，其特征在于所述的可调角度的舱顶灯安装板和可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的连接固定支撑板均为通过整体凸起拉伸冲压加工成为的一体化结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的凸起拉伸冲压型可调角度的舱顶灯支架，其特征在于可调角度的舱顶灯安装板和可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的连接固定支撑板均有采用整体凸起拉伸冲压使其一端向上翻边的“半环”型加强筋，其主体的中部向内拉伸形成凸起的“人”字型加强筋。
3.根据权利要求2所述的凸起拉伸冲压型可调角度的舱顶灯支架，其特征在于可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的一端向上翻边的“半环”型加强筋内部冲剪有围绕旋转圆心的一个方孔和具有固定夹角的多个方孔。
4.根据权利要求2所述的凸起拉伸冲压型可调角度的舱顶灯支架，其特征在于可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的另一端向上凸起有采用冲压拉伸工艺完成的“C”型加强筋，在“C”型加强筋上冲剪有多功能安装孔。
5.根据权利要求2所述的凸起拉伸冲压型可调角度的舱顶灯支架，其特征在于作为可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的连接固定支撑板的一端向上翻边的“半环”型加强筋内部冲剪有围绕旋转圆心的一个圆孔和具有固定夹角的多个圆孔。
6.根据权利要求2所述的凸起拉伸冲压型可调角度的舱顶灯支架，其特征在于作为可调角度的舱顶灯安装板的连接固定支撑板的另一端向上凸起两条“半园”型加强筋内部冲剪有腰圆型安装孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的凸起拉伸冲压型可调角度的舱顶灯支架，其特征在于可调角度的舱顶灯安装板一端的围绕旋转圆心上的一个方孔、具有固定夹角的多个方孔与连接固定支撑板一端的围绕旋转圆心上的一个圆孔、具有固定夹角的多个园孔相配合，相互旋转180°时，均有一个角度的固定孔可完成螺栓固定。
