本实用新型公开了一种用于滑板车上的轴承,包括内圈、外圈、滚珠和半环形弹扣;所述滚珠安装在所述内圈与所述外圈之间,所述半环形弹扣的横截面为V字形,所述弹扣有两个,所述外圈的外侧设有环形凹槽,所述两个半环形弹扣安装在所述环形凹槽内,所述两个半环形弹扣的V形横截面朝向相反。本实用新型的用于滑板车上的轴承不需要轴承端盖便能实现轴承的轴向定位,整个轴承安装的时候方便迅速,并具有良好的防尘效果,能自动润滑轴承,产品的经济效益高。

本实用新型涉及轴承领域,具体是涉及一种用于滑板车上的轴承。 
背景技术
现有的轴承其轴向定位一般都是通过轴承端盖来实现的。而无论是轴承端盖的制造还是轴承端盖的安装都是一件耗时耗力的事情。在日常生活领域,一些轴承的使用并不像在机械领域当中那么严格,那么适当的修改轴承的结构使之具有较高的经济效益是相当需要的。 
实用新型内容
(一)要解决的技术问题 
针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型提供一种能方便安装的的用于滑板车上的轴承。 
(二)技术方案 
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种用于滑板车上的轴承,包括内圈、外圈、滚珠和半环形弹扣;所述滚珠安装在所述内圈与所述外圈之间,所述半环形弹扣的横截面为V字形,所述弹扣有两个,所述外圈的外侧设有环形凹槽,所述两个半环形弹扣安装在所述环形凹槽内,所述两个半环形弹扣安装时,所述V字形横截面中的V字朝向相反。 
进一步,还包括吸油海绵,所述吸油海绵安装在所述滚珠的两侧。 
进一步,还包括防尘盖,所述防尘盖为环形,所述防尘盖安装在所述内圈与所述外圈之间,位于整个轴承的两端。 
进一步,还包括一辅助板,所述辅助板的横截面为半圆环,所 述半圆环的内圆半径等于所述外圈的外圆半径。 
进一步,所述半环形弹扣的材质为钢。 
(三)有益效果 
本实用新型用于滑板车上的轴承不需要轴承端盖便能实现轴承的轴向定位,整个轴承安装的时候方便迅速,并具有良好的防尘效果,能自动润滑轴承,产品的经济效益高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。 
本实用新型的一种用于滑板车上的轴承的结构如图1、图2和图3所示,包括内圈1、外圈2、滚珠3和半环形弹扣5;所述滚珠3安装在所述内圈1与所述外圈2之间,所述半环形弹扣5的横截面为V字形,所述弹扣5有两个,所述外圈2的外侧设有环形凹槽21,所述两个半环形弹扣5安装在所述环形凹槽21内,所述两个半环形弹扣5安装时,所述V字形横截面中的V字朝向相反。所述半环形弹扣的材质为钢。 
在本实用新型中两个半环形弹扣5在安装的时候是反向安装的,具体的说其中一个半环形弹扣5的V字形上端朝向轴承的一端,另一个半环形弹扣5的V字形上端朝向轴承的另一端。以上两个不同朝向的半环形弹扣5分别用于轴承两端方向的固定。 
作为优化,还包括吸油海绵7,所述吸油海绵7安装在所述滚珠3的两侧。滑板车长期在干燥的环境中运行,其轴承上的润滑油容易风干,影响润滑效果,设置吸油海绵7能保障轴承的湿度,保持润滑油具有良好的润滑效果。 
为了使轴承具有较好的防尘效果,本实用新型还包括防尘盖4,所述防尘盖4为环形,所述防尘盖4安装在所述内圈1与所述外圈2之间,位于整个轴承的两端。滑板车在使用的过程中灰尘较大,本实用新型在安装是缺少轴承端盖的保护,设置防尘盖4来顶替轴承端盖的防尘效果。 
此外为了方便安装,还包括一辅助板,所述辅助板的横截面为半圆环,所述半圆环的内圆半径等于所述外圈2的外圆半径。在安装时,先把本实用新型的轴承放置在辅助板上,使半环形弹扣5压缩,再把轴承送入相应的安装孔中。 
本实用新型的有益效果:不需要轴承端盖便能实现轴承的轴向定位,整个轴承安装的时候方便迅速,并具有良好的防尘效果,能自动润滑轴承,产品的经济效益高。

1.一种用于滑板车上的轴承,其特征在于,包括内圈(1)、外圈(2)、滚珠(3)和半环形弹扣(5);所述滚珠(3)安装在所述内圈(1)与所述外圈(2)之间,所述半环形弹扣(5)的横截面为V字形,所述弹扣(5)有两个,所述外圈(2)的外侧设有环形凹槽(21),所述两个半环形弹扣(5)安装在所述环形凹槽(21)内,所述两个半环形弹扣(5)安装时,所述V字形横截面中的V字朝向相反。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于滑板车上的轴承,其特征在于,还包括吸油海绵(7),所述吸油海绵(7)安装在所述滚珠(3)的两侧。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的用于滑板车上的轴承,其特征在于,还包括防尘盖(4),所述防尘盖(4)为环形,所述防尘盖(4)安装在所述内圈(1)与所述外圈(2)之间,位于整个轴承的两端。
4.如权利要求3所述的用于滑板车上的轴承,其特征在于,还包括一辅助板,所述辅助板的横截面为半圆环,所述半圆环的内圆半径等于所述外圈(2)的外圆半径。
5.如权利要求4所述的用于滑板车上的轴承,其特征在于,所述半环形弹扣(5)的材质为钢。
