本实用新型涉及轴承领域,具体是涉及一种用于溜冰鞋上的轴承。
背景技术
现有的用于溜冰鞋上的轴承其结构一般都和用于机械设备上的轴承结构相仿。由于机械设备上的轴承其设计的目的是为了获得稳定的使用效果和较长的使用寿命。因此机械上的轴承其安装步骤繁琐,安装方式也较为复杂。
而溜冰鞋上的轴承并不需要其具有稳定的使用效果和较长的使用寿命,因此需要对用于溜冰鞋上的轴承进行适当改动,从而使其方便安装。

针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型提供一种方便安装的的用于溜冰鞋上的轴承。
(二)技术方案
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种用于溜冰鞋上的轴承,包括内圈、外圈、滚珠和环形弹扣,所述滚珠安装在所述内圈与外圈之间,所述外圈的外侧设有环形凹槽,所述环形弹扣安装在所述环形凹槽内,所述环形弹扣的横截面为V形,所述环形弹扣的内圆半径小于所述外圈的外圆半径,所述环形弹扣的外圆半径大于所述外圈的外圆半径。
进一步,所述环形弹扣上设有一开口。
进一步,所述环形弹扣的材料为钢。
进一步,还包括防尘盖,所述防尘盖为环形,所述防尘盖安装在所述内圈与所述外圈之间。
进一步,所述外圈的内侧设有防尘盖安装凹槽,所述防尘盖安装在所述防尘盖安装凹槽内。
(三)有益效果
本实用新型用于溜冰鞋上的轴承能方便安装,提高工人的装配效率,提高生产效益。

本实用新型的一种用于溜冰鞋上的轴承的结构如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,包括内圈1、外圈2、滚珠3和环形弹扣5,所述滚珠3安装在所述内圈1与外圈2之间,所述外圈2的外侧设有环形凹槽21,所述环形弹扣5安装在所述环形凹槽21内,所述环形弹扣5的横截面为V形,所述环形弹扣5的内圆半径小于所述外圈2的外圆半径,所述环形弹扣5的外圆半径大于所述外圈2的外圆半径。
为了使环形弹扣5能够方便的安装在所述环形凹槽21内,所述环形弹扣5上设有一开口51。这样在使用时便可拉大整个环形弹扣5的半径,使环形弹扣5能够安装在所述环形凹槽21内。
为了保证环形弹扣5的弹性,所述环形弹扣5的材料为钢。
考虑到溜冰鞋在使用的时候环境中灰尘较多,且轴承端部缺少相应的轴承端盖。本实用新型还包括防尘盖4,所述防尘盖4为环形,所述防尘盖4安装在所述内圈1与所述外圈2之间。
作为优化,所述外圈2的内侧设有防尘盖安装凹槽22,所述防尘盖4安装在所述防尘盖安装凹槽22内。
相应的,所述溜冰鞋上的轮骨6上设有弹扣槽和挡板61。
安装时,把轴承的一端插入轮骨6上的安装孔,此时环形弹扣5在安装孔内壁的压力下收缩,当整个轴承安装进安装孔后弹扣处于所述弹扣槽的下端,此时弹扣弹起,卡入弹扣槽内,从而实现轴承的轴向定位,挡板61的设置则是为了轴承的另一个轴向的定位。整个安装过程只是一个简单的插入过程,而无任何多余操作,能极大的提高工人的装配效率。
本实用新型的有益效果:能方便安装,提高工人的装配效率,提高生产效益。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的用于溜冰鞋上的轴承,其特征在于,所述环形弹扣(5)的材料为钢。
4.如权利要求3所述的用于溜冰鞋上的轴承,其特征在于,还包括防尘盖(4),所述防尘盖(4)为环形,所述防尘盖(4)安装在所述内圈(1)与所述外圈(2)之间。
