技术领域
本实用新型涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种视频墙显示单元的拼接框架及视频墙。
背景技术
随着显示技术的不断成熟,大面积显示设备被广泛应用于军事、公安、铁路、航空、金融、证券等领域。视频墙是一种基于电脑操纵的显示、播放和控制系统,包括拼接的多个显示单元,用户可以灵活的选择视频墙的显示方式,例如,选择某一组屏幕、全屏幕或者自定义跨屏显示。
目前,视频墙主要包括机柜式和落地支架式两种。机柜式视频墙中,各个显示单元通过螺钉固定在机柜上。落地支架式视频墙中,落地支架由角码连接而成,显示单元通过挂件挂设于落地支架的横梁上。
上述现有技术存在的缺陷在于,视频墙所包含显示单元的数量固定,视频墙无法根据需要进行扩展,并且,视频墙的拆装比较困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型实施例提供了一种视频墙显示单元的拼接框架及视频墙,以简化视频墙的拆装工艺并使视频墙具有可扩展性。
本实用新型实施例提供的视频墙显示单元的拼接框架,包括:位置相对的两个矩形侧框、连接于两个矩形侧框的两个前侧竖梁之间的至少一根前侧横梁,以及连接于两个矩形侧框的两个后侧竖梁之间的至少一根后侧横梁,其中:
每一个矩形侧框的顶部横梁和底部横梁具有位置相对的至少一组第一装配孔,两个矩形侧框的两个前侧竖梁及两个后侧竖梁分别具有位置相对的至少一组第二装配孔;上下相邻两个拼接框架在拼接处通过与第一装配孔装配的紧固件固定连接,左右相邻两个拼接框架在拼接处通过与第二装配孔装配的紧固件固定连接;
所述显示单元的背侧具有能够挂设于所述前侧横梁的挂件。

优选的,所述前侧横梁为两根,分别靠近所述矩形侧框的顶部横梁和底部横梁;所述后侧横梁为两根,分别靠近所述矩形侧框的顶部横梁和底部横梁。该设计可使拼接框架的结构较为稳固,从而使得视频墙的结构较为稳固、牢靠,并且可以实现相邻显示单元的缝隙最小化。
可选的,所述拼接框架为焊接件或组装件。
优选的,所述拼接框架为铝型材组装件。这样能够大大降低视频墙的整体重量,便于视频墙拆装及移动。
优选的,所述紧固件包括螺栓与螺母。
本实用新型实施例还提供了一种视频墙,包括阵列拼接的多个前述技术方案所述的拼接框架,以及至少一排所述拼接框架对应的显示单元;
其中,上下相邻两个拼接框架在拼接处通过与第一装配孔装配的紧固件固定连接,左右相邻两个拼接框架在拼接处通过与第二装配孔装配的紧固件固定连接,所述显示单元通过背侧的挂件挂设于对应的所述拼接框架的前侧横梁上。
视频墙可在横向和/或纵向上任意扩展,应用灵活性大大提高,此外,相邻拼接框架通过紧固件连接,显示单元挂设于拼接框架的前侧横梁,这使得视频墙的拆装非常便利。
优选的,所述挂件包括与显示单元的背侧固定连接的连接部,以及与所述前侧横梁挂接的横向挂接部和纵向挂接部。该挂件结构可使显示单元牢靠的挂设于拼接框架上,不易脱落分离。
所述横向挂接部和纵向挂接部分别装配有微调螺钉。通过调节微调螺钉可以调节显示单元在高度方向和前后方向的安装位置,显示单元也可通过左右移动来调节左右位置,调节便利、灵活、精确度较高。
优选的,针对每一根前侧横梁,所对应挂件的数量至少为两个。这样可使显示单元更牢靠的挂设于拼接框架上。

为了简化视频墙的拆装工艺并使视频墙具有可扩展性,本实用新型实施例提供了一种视频墙显示单元的拼接框架及视频墙。在本实用新型技术方案中,上下相邻两个拼接框架在拼接处通过与第一装配孔装配的紧固件固定连接,左右相邻两个拼接框架在拼接处通过与第二装配孔装配的紧固件固定连接,因此,视频墙可在横向和/或纵向上任意扩展,应用灵活性大大提高,此外,相邻拼接框架通过紧固件连接,显示单元挂设于拼接框架的前侧横梁,这使得视频墙的拆装非常便利。
为使本实用新型的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,以下举实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
如图1至图4所示,本实用新型实施例提供的视频墙显示单元的拼接框架100,包括:位置相对的两个矩形侧框10、连接于两个矩形侧框10的两个前侧竖梁11之间的至少一根前侧横梁12,以及连接于两个矩形侧框10的两个后侧竖梁13之间的至少一根后侧横梁14,其中:
每一个矩形侧框10的顶部横梁15和底部横梁16具有位置相对的至少一组第一装配孔17,两个矩形侧框10的两个前侧竖梁11及两个后侧竖梁13分别具有位置相对的至少一组第二装配孔18;上下相邻两个拼接框架100在拼接处通过与第一装配孔17装配的紧固件19固定连接,左右相邻两个拼接框架100在拼接处通过与第二装配孔18装配的紧固件19固定连接;
显示单元200的背侧具有能够挂设于前侧横梁12的挂件20。
在本实用新型各实施例中,“前”指视频墙面向使用者的一侧,“后”则指与前相对的一侧。显示单元200的具体类型不限,例如可以为液晶显示屏、有机电致发光二极管显示屏等等。为了尽量减小视频墙显示单元的拼接缝,拼接框架100的整体形状应与显示单元200的整体形状匹配,这样,从视频墙的正面观看屏幕时,不但不会看到拼接框架100,而且显示单元200之间的拼接缝也最小化,能够达到较佳的显示效果。
前侧横梁12和后侧横梁14的具体数量不限。请参照图1所示,前侧横梁12为两根,分别靠近矩形侧框10的顶部横梁15和底部横梁16;后侧横梁14为两根,分别靠近矩形侧框10的顶部横梁15和底部横梁16。该设计可使拼接框架100的结构较为稳固,从而使得视频墙的结构较为稳固、牢靠。显示单元200挂设于前侧横梁12上,其顶部与矩形侧框10的顶部横梁15平齐,侧部与两个前侧竖梁11平齐,相邻显示单元200的缝隙达到最小化。
可选的,拼接框架100为焊接件或组装件。优选的,拼接框架100为铝型材组装件。选用铝型材组装件能够大大降低视频墙的整体重量,便于视频墙拆装及移动。
优选的,紧固件19包括螺栓与螺母,拆装便利,且互换性较强。

其中,上下相邻两个拼接框架100在拼接处通过与第一装配孔17装配的紧固件19固定连接,左右相邻两个拼接框架100在拼接处通过与第二装配孔18装配的紧固件19固定连接,显示单元200通过背侧的挂件20挂设于对应的拼接框架100的前侧横梁12上。
如图4所示,最下方的一排(具体排数不限,可根据视频墙的屏幕高度进行选择)拼接框架100也可以不安装显示单元,用来充当支撑底座。视频墙可在横向和/或纵向上任意扩展,应用灵活性大大提高,此外,相邻拼接框架100通过紧固件19连接,显示单元200挂设于拼接框架100的前侧横梁12,这使得视频墙的拆装非常便利。
请参照图2所示,优选的,挂件20包括与显示单元200的背侧固定连接的连接部201,以及与前侧横梁12挂接的横向挂接部202和纵向挂接部203。该挂件结构可使显示单元200牢靠的挂设于拼接框架100上,不易脱落分离。进一步,针对每一根前侧横梁12,挂件20的数量至少为两个。这样可使显示单元200更加稳固、牢靠的挂设于拼接框架100上。
横向挂接部202和纵向挂接部203分别装配有微调螺钉21。通过调节微调螺钉21的旋入量可以调节显示单元200在高度方向和前后方向的安装位置,显示单元200也可通过左右移动来调节左右位置,调节便利、灵活、精确度较高,以使视频墙达到较佳的显示效果。
以包含2*2显示单元的视频墙为例,在拼接时,上下相邻两个拼接框架100在拼接处通过与第一装配孔17装配的螺栓、螺母固定连接,左右相邻两个拼接框架100在拼接处通过与第二装配孔18装配的螺栓、螺母固定连接,共拼接2*3个拼接框架,如图3所示。底部的两个拼接框架100用来充当支撑底座,支撑底座上方4个拼接框架100对应的安装液晶显示屏,液晶显示屏通过背侧的挂件20挂设于对应的拼接框架100的前侧横梁12上,如图4所示。如果需要在横向和/或纵向上进行扩展,只需要相应的加装拼接框架并对应安装液晶显示屏即可。当需要对视频墙进行拆卸时,只需要摘下液晶显示屏,拆除相应的螺栓、螺母,即可将相邻的拼接框架拆分,视频墙的拆装非常便利。

Claims (9)

1.一种视频墙显示单元的拼接框架,其特征在于,包括:位置相对的两个矩形侧框、连接于两个矩形侧框的两个前侧竖梁之间的至少一根前侧横梁,以及连接于两个矩形侧框的两个后侧竖梁之间的至少一根后侧横梁,其中:
每一个矩形侧框的顶部横梁和底部横梁具有位置相对的至少一组第一装配孔,两个矩形侧框的两个前侧竖梁及两个后侧竖梁分别具有位置相对的至少一组第二装配孔;上下相邻两个拼接框架在拼接处通过与第一装配孔装配的紧固件固定连接,左右相邻两个拼接框架在拼接处通过与第二装配孔装配的紧固件固定连接;
所述显示单元的背侧具有能够挂设于所述前侧横梁的挂件。
2.如权利要求1所述的拼接框架,其特征在于,所述前侧横梁为两根,分别靠近所述矩形侧框的顶部横梁和底部横梁;所述后侧横梁为两根,分别靠近所述矩形侧框的顶部横梁和底部横梁。
3.如权利要求1所述的拼接框架,其特征在于,所述拼接框架为焊接件或组装件。
4.如权利要求1所述的拼接框架,其特征在于,所述拼接框架为铝型材组装件。
5.如权利要求1~4任一项所述的拼接框架,其特征在于,所述紧固件包括螺栓与螺母。
6.一种视频墙,其特征在于,包括阵列拼接的多个如权利要求1~5任一项所述的拼接框架,以及至少一排所述拼接框架对应的显示单元;
其中,上下相邻两个拼接框架在拼接处通过与第一装配孔装配的紧固件固定连接,左右相邻两个拼接框架在拼接处通过与第二装配孔装配的紧固件固定连接,所述显示单元通过背侧的挂件挂设于对应的所述拼接框架的前侧横梁上。
7.如权利要求6所述的视频墙,其特征在于,所述挂件包括与显示单元的背侧固定连接的连接部,以及与所述前侧横梁挂接的横向挂接部和纵向挂接部。
8.如权利要求7所述的视频墙,其特征在于,所述横向挂接部和纵向挂接部分别装配有微调螺钉。
9.如权利要求6~8任一项所述的视频墙,其特征在于,针对每一根前侧横梁,所对应挂件的数量至少为两个。
