本实用新型涉及电梯光幕技术领域,特别是涉及一种采用亚克力套管的电梯光幕。 
背景技术
光幕产品很重要的一个指标就是防水和防尘问题,由于光幕的精密度要求高,一旦即使稍微进水或受潮就容易造成短路影响其各个功能的进行。灰尘一旦进入会造成各种意想不到的故障。 
传统光幕组装都是将光幕基板直接安装在光幕外壳内,然后插入红外透光板,最后固定外壳两端的端盖。这样在红外透光板和外壳之间就存在间隙,在光幕使用中,灰尘、水汽就很容易进入光幕内部,腐蚀基板,造成光幕故障。一般产品往往是在产品装配成功后,用胶水封闭各个端口,但长时间使用后,仍会失效,不能根本上解决问题。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种采用亚克力套管的电梯光幕,能长期防止灰尘、水汽进入光幕内部。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种采用亚克力套管的电梯光幕,包括光幕基板和光幕外壳,所述光幕基板封装在亚克力套管内,所述亚克力套管整体安装在所述光幕外壳内;所述光幕外壳两端通过端盖密封。 
所述端盖与光幕外壳之间设有密封圈。 
所述亚克力套管呈长方体柱状结构,安装在所述光幕外壳内时与所述光幕外壳的内表面相互贴合。 
所述端盖为一体化注塑端盖。 
所述亚克力套管的管径与所述光幕基板的宽度相互匹配。 
有益效果 
由于采用了上述的技术方案,本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下的优点和积极效果:本实用新型将将光幕基板装在亚克力套管内,再将亚克力套管整体装入光幕外壳内,这种结构彻底解决了光幕透光板和外壳之间存在间隙的问题,能长期防止灰尘、水汽进入光幕内部,大大提高光幕外壳的防护等级。

本实用新型的实施方式涉及一种采用亚克力套管的电梯光幕,如图1和图2所示,包括光幕基板和光幕外壳,所述光幕基板封装在亚克力套管内,所述亚克力套管整体安装在所述光幕外壳内;所述光幕外壳两端通过端盖密封。其中,端盖可以为一体化注塑端盖。 
所述端盖与光幕外壳之间设有密封圈,通过密封圈可以防止水和灰尘的进入,从而实现长期防止灰尘和水汽。 
所述亚克力套管呈长方体柱状结构,安装在所述光幕外壳内时与所述光幕外壳的内表面相互贴合,如此亚克力套管不会在光幕外壳内发生晃动,确保光幕的稳定性。所述亚克力套管的管径与所述光幕基板的宽度相互匹配,如此光幕基板不会在亚克力套管内发生晃动,确保光幕基板的稳定性。 
在光幕组装时,先将光幕基板装在亚克力套管内,然后再将亚克力套管整体装入光幕外壳,最后光幕外壳的两端采用一体化注塑端盖进行密封,密封件可采用密封圈。这种结构彻底解决了光幕外壳和红外透光板之间存在间隙的问题,能长期防止灰尘、水汽进入光幕内部,大大提高光幕外壳的防护等级。

1.一种采用亚克力套管的电梯光幕,包括光幕基板(1)和光幕外壳(2),其特征在于,所述光幕基板(1)封装在亚克力套管(3)内,所述亚克力套管(3)整体安装在所述光幕外壳(2)内;所述光幕外壳(2)两端通过端盖(4)密封;所述端盖(4)与光幕外壳(2)之间设有密封圈;所述亚克力套管(3)呈长方体柱状结构,安装在所述光幕外壳(2)内时与所述光幕外壳(2)的内表面相互贴合。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的采用亚克力套管的电梯光幕,其特征在于,所述端盖(4)为一体化注塑端盖。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的采用亚克力套管的电梯光幕,其特征在于,所述亚克力套管(3)的管径与所述光幕基板(1)的宽度相互匹配。
