Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种输砂半挂车,包括输砂机架及设置于所述输砂机架上的输送皮带(2),所述输砂机架包括倾斜机架(1)及与所述倾斜机架(1)连接的水平机架(9);所述水平机架(9)上设置有位于所述输送皮带(2)上方的上料斗(7),所述上料斗(7)的数量为多个且与所述水平机架(9)可拆卸连接。本实用新型提供的输砂半挂车,由于上料斗的数量为多个,其中,一个输砂装置(运砂车或立式储砂罐)向其对应的一个上料斗卸砂,使得本实用新型实施例提供的输砂半挂车可以完成对多个输砂装置的砂粒同时运输的效果,提高工作效率;上料斗可拆卸连接于水平机架上,方便设置于上料斗下方的输送皮带及倾斜机架的维护及维修,降低了维护成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及输砂设备技术领域,特别涉及一种输砂半挂车。
背景技术
随着油田增产压裂用砂量的增加,对压裂用砂的运输和储存效率提出了更高的要求。
对于页岩气、致密油气的开发,水平分段压裂是核心关键技术,随着国内水平分段压裂技术的引进和推广,大规模输砂设备成为油田作业的需求,而国内没有相应的设备。
国内常规压裂作业的用砂量每层一般为150方左右,一般用翻斗砂罐车(8~20方的运砂车)运到现场,依次倾倒给混砂车供砂。但是,目前最多的压裂段数可以达到50多段,总用砂量达到几千立方。随着用砂总量的增加,运砂车就不适合这种大砂量的施工作业,造成工作效率较低;并且,目前的大型输砂设备,结构复杂且大多通过焊接连接,不便于安装,并且,也不便于拆卸,使得维护成本增高。
因此,如何提高工作效率,便于安装,降低维护成本,是本技术领域人员亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型提供了一种输砂半挂车,以提高工作效率,便于安装,降低维护成本。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种输砂半挂车,包括输砂机架及设置于所述输砂机架上的输送皮带,
所述输砂机架包括倾斜机架及与所述倾斜机架连接的水平机架;
所述水平机架上设置有位于所述输送皮带上方的上料斗,所述上料斗的数量为多个且与所述水平机架可拆卸连接。
优选地,上述输砂半挂车中,所述输送皮带为无接头环形皮带。
优选地,上述输砂半挂车中,所述倾斜机架远离所述水平机架的输出端设置有第一传动滚筒,所述水平机架远离所述倾斜机架的一端设置有第二传动滚筒,所述输送皮带设置于所述第一传动滚筒与所述第二传动滚筒之间;
所述倾斜机架与所述水平机架的连接处设置有改向轮及改向滚筒,所述改向轮与所述输送皮带的上皮带相抵,所述改向滚筒与所述输送皮带的下皮带相抵。
优选地,上述输砂半挂车中,所述输送皮带的数量为两个且平行设置;多个所述上料斗呈两排均匀布置于两个所述输送皮带上。
优选地,上述输砂半挂车中,所述水平机架上设置有用于支撑所述输送皮带的上皮带的上托辊及用于支撑所述输送皮带的下皮带的下托辊;所述上托辊及所述下托辊均通过横向连接件架设于所述水平机架上。
优选地,上述输砂半挂车中,所述横向连接件与所述水平机架可拆卸连接。
优选地,上述输砂半挂车中,所述倾斜机架上设置有支撑动力驱动系统的水平支撑架;
所述水平支撑架的一端设置有与所述倾斜机架的高端连接的第一竖直支架,另一端设置有与所述倾斜机架的底端连接的第二竖直支架。
优选地,上述输砂半挂车中,所述第二竖直支架上设置有支撑所述改向轮及所述改向滚筒的水平支撑杆。
优选地,上述输砂半挂车中,所述上料斗的底端均匀设置有多个筛孔。
优选地,上述输砂半挂车中,所述倾斜机架与所述水平机架焊接连接。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本实用新型提供的输砂半挂车,在其上设置水平机架和倾斜机架,输砂装置(运砂车或立式储砂罐)将砂粒倒入上料斗中,并落至水平机架上设置的输送皮带上,在输送皮带的传送下沿倾斜机架运输并有其最高点落下。由于上料斗的数量为多个,其中,一个输砂装置向其对应的一个上料斗卸砂,使得本实用新型实施例提供的输砂半挂车可以完成对多个输砂装置的砂粒同时运输的效果,提高了工作效率;并且,上料斗可拆卸连接于水平机架上,方便了设置于上料斗下方的输送皮带及倾斜机架的维护及维修,也方便了位于上料斗下方的输送皮带的安装,降低了维护成本。

本实用新型公开了一种输砂半挂车,以提高工作效率,便于安装,降低维护成本。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参考图1,图1为本实用新型实施例提供的输砂半挂车的结构示意图。
本实用新型实施例提供了一种输砂半挂车,包括输砂机架及设置于输砂机架上的输送皮带2,输砂机架包括倾斜机架1及与倾斜机架1连接的水平机架9;水平机架9上设置有位于输送皮带2上方的上料斗7,上料斗7的数量为多个且与水平机架9可拆卸连接。
本实用新型实施例提供的输砂半挂车,在其上设置水平机架9和倾斜机架1,输砂装置(运砂车或立式储砂罐)将砂粒倒入上料斗7中,并落至水平机架9上设置的输送皮带2上,在输送皮带2的传送下沿倾斜机架1运输并有其最高点落下。由于上料斗7的数量为多个,其中,一个输砂装置向其对应的一个上料斗7卸砂,使得本实用新型实施例提供的输砂半挂车可以完成对多个输砂装置的砂粒同时运输的效果,提高了工作效率;并且,上料斗7可拆卸连接于水平机架9上,方便了设置于上料斗7下方的输送皮带2及倾斜机架1的维护及维修,也方便了位于上料斗7下方的输送皮带2的安装,降低了维护成本。
为了提高输送皮带的使用寿命,输送皮带2为无接头环形皮带。与现有技术中的机械接头皮带相比,避免设置皮带接头,进而避免了皮带接头与传动轮及皮带之间的磨损,有效提高了输送皮带2的使用寿命。
进一步地,输送皮带2的两侧设置有挡边,即,输送皮带2为无接头环形挡边皮带,以避免砂粒由两侧泄漏。
为了提高传送连贯性,倾斜机架1远离水平机架9的输出端设置有第一传动滚筒3,水平机架9远离倾斜机架1的一端设置有第二传动滚筒8,输送皮带2设置于第一传动滚筒3与第二传动滚筒8之间。即,倾斜机架1与水平机架9之间设置有一条整体的输送皮带2,以避免倾斜机架1与水平机架9的连接处发生砂粒泄漏,提高砂粒传送连贯性。为了使输送皮带2配合倾斜机架1与水平机架9的结构,在倾斜机架1与水平机架9的连接处需要更改输送皮带2的传动方向。如图1所示,倾斜机架1与水平机架9的连接处设置有改向轮6及改向滚筒13,改向轮6与输送皮带2的上皮带相抵,改向滚筒13与输送皮带2的下皮带相抵。改向轮6及改向滚筒13均向下挤压输送皮带2,使得输送皮带2的传送方向为“V”型。
其中,需要说明的是,随着输送皮带2的传动,输送皮带2的上皮带及输送皮带2的下皮带不是相对于输送皮带2固定的位置。输送皮带2的上皮带为倾斜机架1与水平机架9上与砂粒接触的输送皮带2的部分,输送皮带2的下皮带为朝下的输送皮带2的部分。
其中,倾斜机架1上设置有倾斜机架上托辊4。
进一步地,倾斜机架1上还设置有张紧轮14,张紧轮14向上挤压输送皮带2的下皮带,使得输送皮带2的下皮带与输送皮带2的上皮带相对靠近,进而起到张紧输送皮带2的作用。
为了进一步提高工作效率,输送皮带2的数量为两个且平行设置;多个上料斗7呈两排均匀布置于两个输送皮带2上。即,多个上料斗7呈两排排列,一排上料斗7对应设置于一个输送皮带2上方,另一排上料斗7对应设置于另一个输送皮带2上方。
在本实用新型实施例提供的输砂半挂车中,水平机架9上设置有用于支撑输送皮带2的上皮带的上托辊12及用于支撑输送皮带2的下皮带的下托辊11;上托辊12及下托辊11均通过横向连接件10架设于水平机架9上。通过设置上托辊12及下托辊11,有效提高水平机架9上的输送皮带2部分的平稳性。
为了便于维修及更换,横向连接件10与水平机架9可拆卸连接。即,通过横向连接件10与水平机架9的拆卸完成上托辊12及下托辊11的拆卸,通过横向连接件10与水平机架9的安装完成上托辊12及下托辊11的安装,方便了上托辊12及下托辊11的装配及维修更换,进一步降低了维护成本。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,动力驱动系统5设置于倾斜机架1上方。倾斜机架1上设置有支撑动力驱动系统5的水平支撑架15;水平支撑架15的一端设置有与倾斜机架1的高端连接的第一竖直支架16,另一端设置有与倾斜机架1的底端连接的第二竖直支架17。通过第一竖直支架16及第二竖直支架17的设置,有效提高了水平支撑架15的支撑平稳性,进而提高了动力驱动系统5的支撑稳定性。由于动力驱动系统5设置于水平支撑架15上,可以通过吊装直接设置于水平支撑架15上,通过螺栓固定或焊接完成动力驱动系统5的安装,极大地方便了动力驱动系统5的安装过程。
优选地,水平支撑架15、第一竖直支架16、第二竖直支架17及倾斜机架1通过焊接连接。
其中,倾斜机架1对应的输送皮带2上方设置有盖板,有效阻隔在倾斜机架1的砂粒或粉尘飞溅到动力驱动系统5内。
为了使装置便于设置且整体稳定性较高,第二竖直支架17上设置有支撑改向轮6及改向滚筒13的水平支撑杆。即水平支撑架15、第一竖直支架16、第二竖直支架17及水平支撑杆形成一个整体支架,以达到对动力驱动系统5、改向轮6及改向滚筒13的支撑。其中,整体支架可以与倾斜机架1及水平机架9螺栓连接或焊接。
上料斗7的底端均匀设置有多个筛孔。其中,筛孔优选为方孔。
为了提高倾斜机架1与水平机架9的固定稳定性,倾斜机架1与水平机架9优选焊接连接。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (10)
1.一种输砂半挂车,包括输砂机架及设置于所述输砂机架上的输送皮带(2),其特征在于,
所述输砂机架包括倾斜机架(1)及与所述倾斜机架(1)连接的水平机架(9);
所述水平机架(9)上设置有位于所述输送皮带(2)上方的上料斗(7),所述上料斗(7)的数量为多个且与所述水平机架(9)可拆卸连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的输砂半挂车,其特征在于,所述输送皮带(2)为无接头环形皮带。
3.如权利要求1所述的输砂半挂车,其特征在于,所述倾斜机架(1)远离所述水平机架(9)的输出端设置有第一传动滚筒(3),所述水平机架(9)远离所述倾斜机架(1)的一端设置有第二传动滚筒(8),所述输送皮带(2)设置于所述第一传动滚筒(3)与所述第二传动滚筒(8)之间;
所述倾斜机架(1)与所述水平机架(9)的连接处设置有改向轮(6)及改向滚筒(13),所述改向轮(6)与所述输送皮带(2)的上皮带相抵,所述改向滚筒(13)与所述输送皮带(2)的下皮带相抵。
4.如权利要求3所述的输砂半挂车,其特征在于,所述输送皮带(2)的数量为两个且平行设置;多个所述上料斗(7)呈两排均匀布置于两个所述输送皮带(2)上。
5.如权利要求3所述的输砂半挂车,其特征在于,所述水平机架(9)上设置有用于支撑所述输送皮带(2)的上皮带的上托辊(12)及用于支撑所述输送皮带(2)的下皮带的下托辊(11);所述上托辊(12)及所述下托辊(11)均通过横向连接件(10)架设于所述水平机架(9)上。
6.如权利要求5所述的输砂半挂车,其特征在于,所述横向连接件(10)与所述水平机架(9)可拆卸连接。
7.如权利要求3所述的输砂半挂车,其特征在于,所述倾斜机架(1)上设置有支撑动力驱动系统(5)的水平支撑架(15);
所述水平支撑架(15)的一端设置有与所述倾斜机架(1)的高端连接的第一竖直支架(16),另一端设置有与所述倾斜机架(1)的底端连接的第二竖直支架(17)。
8.如权利要求7所述的输砂半挂车,其特征在于,所述第二竖直支架(17)上设置有支撑所述改向轮(6)及所述改向滚筒(13)的水平支撑杆。
9.如权利要求1所述的输砂半挂车,其特征在于,所述上料斗(7)的底端均匀设置有多个筛孔。
10.如权利要求1所述的输砂半挂车,其特征在于,所述倾斜机架(1)与所述水平机架(9)焊接连接。
