本实用新型涉及冶金烧结机，特别是涉及冶金烧结机台车与台车间缝隙的一种密封装置，属于冶金烧结设备技术领域。
背景技术
在钢铁冶炼中，烧结矿的生产是炼铁工艺重要的工序之一，而烧结机的漏风率是决定烧结矿质量和产量的重要因素，降低漏风率可以直接提高烧结矿的产能和质量，大大减少单位能耗。控制漏风率的主要设备就是密封装置，目前，常用的烧结机密封装置主要集中在以下几个部位：台车与风箱滑道之间的密封、风箱头部和尾部的头尾密封，剩余各法兰连接全部采用石棉垫片或石棉绳。而台车与台车之间只是端板与端板的接触性连接，没有采取任何防止漏风的措施，使得此部位的漏风无法控制。因此有必要解决烧结机台车与台车之间的漏风问题。
发明内容
为了降低烧结机台车与台车之间漏风，本实用新型提供一种阻止烧结机台车之间缝隙漏风的装置。
本实用新型包括磁铁固定件，吸附式柔性密封件和活动连接件，密封件通过活动连接件与固定件结合，其特征是磁铁固定件依靠磁性吸合固定在台车侧帮：活动密封件利用台车工作时内部负压自动吸附到台车间漏风缝隙上；台车无负压移动时，活动密封件离开台车间缝隙，避免受应力损坏或脱落。
本实用新型的密封效果好，可以降低烧结机台车间缝隙漏风，且具有结构简单，安装、维修方便，使用寿命较长的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例附图，详细说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
如图1所示，本实用新型包括磁铁固定件3，活动连接件4和柔性密封件5三部分。磁铁固定件3利用本身磁性固定在烧结台车1侧帮边缘内侧凹槽2内，磁铁吸合于侧帮垂直边缘，紧挨台车与台车间缝隙6。柔性密封件5通过连接件4与磁铁固定件3连接，密封件5的活动侧可在与台车侧面形成的0°-20°角范围内自由旋转，当密封件5与台车侧面角度为0°时，柔性密封件5即覆盖两台车间的缝隙。当台车工作时，在抽风机作用下，台车内部产生的负压将密封件紧密吸附在两台车之间漏风的缝隙上，从而实现控制漏风的效果。

1.一种阻止烧结机台车之间缝隙漏风的装置，包括磁铁固定件，吸附式柔性密封件和活动连接件，密封件通过活动连接件与固定件结合，其特征在于
1.1磁铁固定件依靠磁性吸合固定在台车侧帮；
1.2活动密封件利用台车工作时内部负压自动吸附到台车间漏风缝隙上；
1.3台车无负压移动时，活动密封件离开台车间缝隙，避免受应力损坏或脱落。
