【背景技术】
目前，混凝土在现场的输送已经是一项非常普通的施工技术，按照输送方式分类，可分为：混凝土的垂直输送、水平输送、斜面输送。其中，在斜面的输送方式有：皮带运输机运输、混凝土泵机运输、串筒运输、溜管或振动溜管等。现在常规的混凝土输送方式为溜槽、串筒输送，在斜面上进行常规的溜槽、串筒输送，混凝土溜出出料口时，由于速度大，往往会发生离析和飞溅，造成混凝土质量下降和环境的不雅。

本实用新型的目的在于针对以上技术不足，提供一种用于长距离缓坡度的混凝土输送的竖向防冲装置，
本实用新型的技术方案如下所述：一种用于长距离缓坡度的混凝土输送的竖向防冲装置，包括竖向防冲档板、溜槽出料口及支架体系，所述防冲档板为弧线钢板且与底面垂直，所述支架体系支撑溜槽出料口。
根据上述的技术方案，所述弧线钢板正对所述溜槽出料口，高度为1.0m。
根据上述的技术方案，所述支架体系为钢管支架。
根据上述的技术方案，所述弧线钢板弧度为30°。
根据上述的技术方案，所述竖向防冲档板距离所述溜槽出料口0.5m。
本实用新型安装和拆卸比较方便，所用器材简单，且能回收利用，能很好地挡住并收集出料，有效地控制了混凝土的离析和飞溅。
