Abstract

废塑料塑化挤压造粒工艺所用的装置,包括一外部包裹有绝热保温层的塑化挤压筒,塑化挤压筒的进料端设有进料斗,出料端设置有出料成型模扳,塑化挤压筒分为两段,一段的外部缠绕有由预热电源供电的预热感应线圈绕组,另一端的外部缠绕有由高温熔融电源供电的高温熔融感应线圈绕组,其中预热感应线圈绕组将废塑料加热到130~150℃,高温熔融感应线圈绕组将废塑料加热到200~220℃。本实用新型所采用的装置与现有技术相比,不仅节省了大量的能源,最主要的是,通过先预热或加热的方法,大幅度降低了塑料在造粒过程中的受热分解,不仅避免了资源浪费,而且降低了环境污染。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到废旧塑料的再加工利用领域,具体的说是废塑料塑化挤压造粒工艺所用的装置。
背景技术
废塑料造粒是指利用回收的废旧塑料经过再次加工制造成再生颗粒,然后将这些再生颗粒再次利用从而达到了资源的重复使用。
废塑料回收利用中常用的造粒方法——热态造粒和冷态造粒,两种方法各有优缺点,不同的造粒方法所需的温度也大不相同,而塑料在加热过程中会分解出不同的气体,温度升高,放出的气体量和种类也随之增加。排放的气体大多为C-H化合物,这些气体如果进人大气不仅污染环境而且浪费资源。
热态造粒中所用的塑料造粒机的加热系统采用电阻丝加热,通过电阻丝发热将热量从外部传递到塑化挤压筒内部,工作效率极低,并且热量向外部散失较大,并且造成了现场工作环境恶劣,外部温度可能达到五十度。感应加热技术与注塑机上传统的电阻丝加热方式相比,减少了热传导和空气热对流的损耗,热效率很高,改善了现场工作环境温度。但目前市场上专门面对塑料造粒机的感应加热系统相对较少,一般多采用商用电磁炉和半桥感应加热电源,经过长时间工作后,因负载电感量发生变化后,出现加热效率降低,故障率高等问题;并且大多数电磁加热电源功率只有1~5KW,为了提高加热功率不得不采用多电源加热模式。
实用新型内容
为解决现有的废塑料回收制粒工艺中由于塑料受热分解导致的环境污染、能源浪费以及现有的造粒机工作效率低、热能浪费严重等问题,本实用新型提供了废塑料塑化挤压造粒工艺所用的装置。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:废塑料塑化挤压造粒工艺所用的装置,包括一外部包裹有绝热保温层的塑化挤压筒,塑化挤压筒的进料端设有进料斗,出料端设置有出料成型模扳,所述塑化挤压筒分为两段,一段的外部缠绕有由预热电源供电的预热感应线圈绕组,另一端的外部缠绕有由高温熔融电源供电的高温熔融感应线圈绕组。
所述塑化挤压筒内还设有两个温控测头,两个温控测头分别用于测量处于缠绕有预热感应线圈绕组段和高温熔融感应线圈绕组段的物料的温度。
所述缠绕有预热感应线圈绕组段的长度为塑化挤压筒总长的2/3~3/4。
本实用新型中,预热感应线圈绕组将废塑料加热到130~150℃,高温熔融感应线圈绕组将废塑料加热到200~220℃。
有益效果:本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1)本实用新型采用先预热后高温塑化的加热模式,并将预热温度和高温塑化温度分别控制在130~150℃和200~220℃,这样不仅提高了造粒的效率,而且也降低了塑料由于受热分解产生的有害气体的排放,减少了污染;
2)本实用新型先预热软化再高温塑化,从而使已软化物料较为充分的熔融塑化以达到更好的挤压成型效果,而且两区分别使用独立的加热电源,借助高频电磁加热热惯性小的特点实现加热温度的精确控制,采用分区加热后,两区电源分别控制开关,加热能耗较单区加热可降低20%~30%,节能效果显著;
3)本实用新型采用电磁感应加热,相比较于现有的电阻式加热可以节省电能50~70%以上,显著提高能源利用效率,而且也防止了塑化挤压筒内热量的散失导致能源利用率下降和工作环境的恶化;
4)本实用新型先将物料加热到130~150℃,既可使物料达到软化状态又不至于发生热分解释放有害污染物;然后再将物料加热到200~220℃,物料可实现充分熔融塑化,物料在高温区虽然会发生缓慢的热分解,但由于加热长度较短,物料在此处停留时间有限,物料的热分解量小于10%,所以产生的有害污染物总量较少,从而有效的降低了在造粒过程中释放出有害物质对环境造成的二次污染。

具体实施方式
废塑料塑化挤压造粒工艺所用的装置,如图所示,包括一外部包裹有绝热保温层3的塑化挤压筒2,塑化挤压筒2的进料端设有进料斗1,出料端设置有出料成型模扳6,所述塑化挤压筒2分为两段,一段的外部缠绕有由预热电源8供电的预热感应线圈绕组4,另一端的外部缠绕有由高温熔融电源7供电的高温熔融感应线圈绕组5。
所述塑化挤压筒2内还设有两个温控测头9,两个温控测头9分别用于测量处于缠绕有预热感应线圈绕组4段和高温熔融感应线圈绕组5段的物料的温度。
所述缠绕有预热感应线圈绕组4段的长度为塑化挤压筒2总长的2/3~3/4。
    本实用新型中,当废塑料通过进料斗1进入到塑化挤压筒2内后,塑化挤压筒2内的螺旋送料器将其推向出料端,在此过程中,物料依次先被预热感应线圈绕组4加热到130~150℃,然后再被高温熔融感应线圈绕组5加热到200~220℃后经过出料成型模扳6后完成挤压成型,再经切粒设备切粒后即可完成造粒。

1.废塑料塑化挤压造粒工艺所用的装置,包括一外部包裹有绝热保温层(3)的塑化挤压筒(2),塑化挤压筒(2)的进料端设有进料斗(1),出料端设置有出料成型模扳(6),其特征在于:所述塑化挤压筒(2)分为两段,一段的外部缠绕有由预热电源(8)供电的预热感应线圈绕组(4),另一端的外部缠绕有由高温熔融电源(7)供电的高温熔融感应线圈绕组(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废塑料塑化挤压造粒工艺所用的装置,其特征在于:所述塑化挤压筒(2)内还设有两个温控测头(9),两个温控测头(9)分别用于测量处于缠绕有预热感应线圈绕组(4)段和高温熔融感应线圈绕组(5)段的物料的温度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的废塑料塑化挤压造粒工艺所用的装置,其特征在于:所述缠绕有预热感应线圈绕组(4)段的长度为塑化挤压筒(2)总长的2/3~3/4。
