Abstract
一种反应釜固体颗粒物料过滤装置，包括反应釜、电动机、搅拌装置和过滤装置，把固体物料颗粒从进料口放入反应釜内部，物料通过过滤板A进行第一次过滤，再通过过滤板B进行第二次过滤，得到的反应产物通过出料口放出，经过两次过滤后会大大的提高反应产物的纯度，清洗反应釜时只需分别把过滤板A与过滤板B从反应釜内抽出，然后把两过滤板上的残留倒掉即可，清洗起来既方便又快捷。

背景技术：
反应釜是化工业生产当中必不可少的重要设备之一，传统的反应釜在加入固体颗粒物料时，固体颗粒物料往往得不到充分的反应，在反应完成后，反应釜内部都会出现很多的物料的遗留物，这样就浪费了很多的物料，增加了很多的成本，得到的产物中可能还会含有固态的物料，这样使产物纯度不是很高，在清洗反应釜时也会很不方便，为解决上述技术问题，特提供一种新的技术方案。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术中存在的不足，提供反应釜固体颗粒物料过滤装置。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为：一种反应釜固体颗粒物料过滤装置，包括反应釜、电动机、搅拌装置和过滤装置，反应釜上部设有进料口，搅拌装置包括搅拌杆、转动叶片和螺旋桨，所述的搅拌杆位于反应釜的内部，搅拌杆上部与电动机输出轴相连接，所述的转动叶片位于搅拌杆的中部，所述的螺旋桨位于搅拌杆的下部，过滤装置包括过滤板A和过滤板B，所述的过滤板A位于转动叶片的下方，所述的过滤板B位于螺旋桨的下方，过滤板A和过滤板B与反应釜开口处设有密封圈，过滤板A与过滤板B上均设有筛孔，过滤板A的筛孔半径大于过滤板B的筛孔半径，反应釜底部设有出料口。
过滤板A与过滤板B的外壁上设有拉手。
本实用新型的有益效果是：把固体物料颗粒从进料口放入反应釜内部，物料通过过滤板A进行第一次过滤，再通过过滤板B进行第二次过滤，得到的反应产物通过出料口放出，经过两次过滤后会大大的提高反应产物的纯度，清洗反应釜时只需分别把过滤板A与过滤板B从反应釜内抽出，然后把两过滤板上的残留倒掉即可，清洗起来既方便又快捷。

参照各图，一种反应釜固体颗粒物料过滤装置，包括反应釜9、电动机1、搅拌装置和过滤装置，反应釜9上部设有进料口2，搅拌装置包括搅拌杆4、转动叶片3和螺旋桨4，所述的搅拌杆4位于反应釜的内部，搅拌杆4上部与电动机1输出轴相连接，所述的转动叶3片位于搅拌杆4的中部，所述的螺旋桨5位于搅拌杆4的下部，过滤装置包括过滤板A8和过滤板B7，所述的过滤板A8位于转动叶片3的下方，所述的过滤板B7位于螺旋桨5的下方，过滤板A8和过滤板B7与反应釜9开口处设有密封圈10，过滤板A8与过滤板B8上均设有筛孔，过滤板A8的筛孔半径大于过滤板B7的筛孔半径，反应釜9底部设有出料口6。过滤板A8与过滤板B7的外壁上设有拉手11。把固体物料颗粒从进料口5放入反应釜9内部，物料通过过滤板A8进行第一次过滤，再通过过滤板B7进行第二次过滤，得到的反应产物通过出料口6放出，经过两次过滤后会大大的提高反应产物的纯度，清洗反应釜9时只需分别把过滤板A8与过滤板B7从反应釜9内抽出，然后把两过滤板上的残留倒掉即可，清洗起来既方便又快捷。

1.一种反应釜固体颗粒物料过滤装置，包括反应釜、电动机、搅拌装置和过滤装置，其特征在于：反应釜上部设有进料口，搅拌装置包括搅拌杆、转动叶片和螺旋桨，所述的搅拌杆位于反应釜的内部，搅拌杆上部与电动机输出轴相连接，所述的转动叶片位于搅拌杆的中部，所述的螺旋桨位于搅拌杆的下部，过滤装置包括过滤板A和过滤板B，所述的过滤板A位于转动叶片的下方，所述的过滤板B位于螺旋桨的下方，过滤板A和过滤板B与反应釜开口处设有密封圈，过滤板A与过滤板B上均设有筛孔，过滤板A的筛孔半径大于过滤板B的筛孔半径，反应釜底部设有出料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的反应釜固体颗粒物料过滤装置，其特征在于：过滤板A与过滤板B的外壁上设有拉手。
