Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种医用蓝光胶片，包括由MPET材质制成的片基、附着在片基两面的影像涂层、附着在影像涂层上的吸墨层和附着在吸墨层上的防静电涂层；所述影像涂层为蓝色透明的聚酯薄膜层；所述吸墨层为纳米级水溶性高分子材料涂层；所述防静电层为亚光护膜。本医用蓝光胶片具有机械强度大，几何尺寸稳定，可降解，环保无污染、成像清晰、分辨率高、成像稳定、耐磨防水好、可长期保存、可直接观看或用观片灯观看等优点，克服了现有医用胶片的不足。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医用物品，特别涉及一种医用胶片。
背景技术
随着医用胶片的发展，目前医用胶片的种类较多，医用胶片技术也在逐步改进与发展，但现有的医用胶片仍然存在较多缺陷与不足，如：
一、现有医用胶片的片基存在不易与乳剂粘合、静电过大的缺点；
二、现有的医用胶片不可降解，环保性差；
三、现有的医用胶片在感光成像方面是热成像银盐还原的理化过程，在感光成型过程中只有部分银离子由光子经加热催化成颗粒，湿式胶片处理中未被催化的银离子被定影清除；干式胶片中未被催化的这部分银离子，在胶片存放过程中，当存放条件近似成像程序的条件时，会继续显影，生成伪影，将影响后续诊断。
四、现有的医用胶片，其用作感光材料的卤化银不溶于水，更不能直接附着在片基，现有技术中卤化银需要通过一种胶性介质(即明胶)粘接在片基上，而明胶性能不稳定，其会随着条件不同而变化，这又会给胶片的感光特性带来不稳定性问题，使胶片感光性能受环境的影响较深。
五、现有的医用胶片，其观看方式比较单一，只能用观片灯观看或只能直接观看，不能同时满足不同医生的观片习惯。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此，本实用新型的目的是提供一种医用蓝光胶片，以解决现有医用胶片存在的前述问题。
本实用新型医用蓝光胶片，包括由MPET材质制成的片基、附着在片基两面的影像涂层、附着在影像涂层上的吸墨层和附着在吸墨层上的防静电涂层。
进一步，所述影像涂层为蓝色透明的聚酯薄膜层。
进一步，所述吸墨层为纳米级水溶性高分子材料涂层。
进一步，所述防静电层为亚光护膜。
本实用新型的有益效果：
1、本实用新型医用蓝光胶片，其由MPET材料制成的片基具有机械强度大，几何尺寸稳定，可降解，环保无污染等优点,克服了现有医用胶片不可降解、环保性差的问题。
2、本实用新型医用蓝光胶片，其吸墨层采用纳米级水溶性高分子材料涂层，具有成像清晰、分辨率高等优点。
3、本实用新型医用蓝光胶片，其影像涂层采用蓝色透明的聚酯薄膜层可使图像色彩鲜艳层次分明，使胶片可直接观看或用观片灯观看，可满足不同医生的观片习惯，并且图像可长期保存，消除了现有胶片成像不稳定、保存时间短的缺点。
4、本实用新型医用蓝光胶片，其防静电涂层可以避免激光打印时胶片粘连导致打印机卡纸的问题，并且亚光护膜还可提高胶片的耐磨性能和防水性能，延长胶片寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图所示，本实施例医用蓝光胶片，包括由MPET材质制成的片基1、附着在片基两面的影像涂层2、附着在影像涂层2上的吸墨层3和附着在吸墨层3上的防静电涂层4。本实施例中，片基1采用MPET材质制成，使得片基1具有机械强度大，几何尺寸稳定，可降解，环保无污染等优点,克服了现有医用胶片不可降解、环保性差的问题。
本实施例中，所述影像涂层2为蓝色透明的聚酯薄膜层，聚酯薄膜具有很好的耐温性、耐磨性和耐化学腐蚀性，可使成像长期保持稳定；并且采用蓝色透明的聚酯薄膜层，使胶片可直接观看或用观片灯观看，可满足不同医生的观片习惯。
本实施例中，所述吸墨层3为纳米级水溶性高分子材料涂层，具有成像清晰、分辨率高等优点。
本实施例中，所述防静电层4为亚光护膜，防静电涂层可以避免激光打印时胶片粘连导致打印机卡纸的问题，并且亚光护膜还可提高胶片的耐磨性能和防水性能，延长胶片寿命。
本实施例医用蓝光胶片，其厚度为0.138mm，每平方米的质量为110g；当然在具体实施中其厚度还可根据需要做成其它规格。

2.根据权利要求1所述的医用蓝光胶片，其特征在于：所述影像涂层为蓝色透明的聚酯薄膜层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医用蓝光胶片，其特征在于：所述吸墨层为纳米级水溶性高分子材料涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的医用蓝光胶片，其特征在于：所述防静电层为亚光护膜。
