本实用新型属于PC板(水泥制品工厂化预制和拼装技术)制造用具技术领域，尤其涉及一种铝模埋件固定安装机构。
背景技术
铝模埋件在埋件一端焊接50x50x5的铁板作为加强筋,埋件在砼中铝模埋件采取的固定方案是在焊接铁板(50x50x5)上攻螺丝孔,这种安装方式难点在于螺丝孔必须处于铝模埋件的中间位置,这样就给制作埋件备用品的人提高了难度,后来采取把螺丝孔做成通孔,在下面加装一只螺帽,这样又增加了制造成本(增加的螺帽),有时由于下面螺帽没有固定住,跟着旋转出现固定螺栓取不出的现象.这两种埋件的固定方式都会出现以下三种不合格:
一;由于漏浆而使铝模埋件的螺孔堵死;
二;位置尺寸精度出现偏移;
三;不垂直.
产生的原因是提供的埋件由于采用铸造方式制造没有再精加工,从而使端面不平,造成安装时不垂直,有缝隙等缺陷, 另外埋件的螺孔也会出现被水泥浆水堵死的现象，使做出的产品在铝模埋件这项出现不合格。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决以上所述的技术问题，提供一种能够提高埋件的安装尺寸的位置精度和垂直精度的铝模埋件固定安装机构，其技术方案如下：
铝模埋件固定安装机构，其特征在于，所述的铝模埋件固定安装机构包括铝模埋件固定架，铝模埋件固定架为一圆锥台体，铝模埋件固定架的上端连有连接杆，所述的连接杆螺纹连有支架，所述的铝模埋件固定架的下端连有铝模连接杆，所述的铝模连接杆下端外表面上开设有外螺纹，所述的铝模连接杆螺纹连有铝模埋件，铝模埋件的下端固定连有加强板。
优选方式为，所述的铝模埋件固定架和连接杆之间设有垂直重件。
本实用新型提供的铝模埋件固定安装机构，其有益效果是：铝模埋件固定架为一圆锥台体，通过铝模埋件固定架下端连有的铝模连接杆可与铝模埋件相螺纹连接，从而使得埋件的安装尺寸的位置精度可以得到提高，而且埋件内的螺孔也防止出现被水泥浆水堵死的现象。通过铝模埋件固定架上端连有的支架可以使得整个装置机构能够稳定，具有一个较好的操作平台。
本实用新型进一步的通过铝模固定架和连接杆之间的垂直重件，使得埋件的安装尺寸的垂直精度都得到了保证，提高了埋件的安装尺寸的垂直精度，防止出现不垂直现象的发生。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1至图3具体说明实施例：
如图1所示，铝模埋件固定安装机构，所述的铝模埋件固定安装机构包括铝模埋件固定架1，铝模埋件固定架1为一圆锥台体，铝模埋件固定架1的上端连有连接杆2，所述的连接杆2螺纹连有支架3，所述的铝模埋件固定架1的下端连有铝模连接杆4，所述的铝模连接杆4下端外表面上开设有外螺纹，所述的铝模连接杆4螺纹连有铝模埋件5，铝模埋件5的下端固定连有加强板6。所述的铝模埋件固定架1和连接杆2之间设有垂直重件7。
日常使用时，把铝模埋件安装在铝模埋件固定架上，再把铝模埋件固定架安装在支架上，拆除时，松开紧固螺母，拿开支架，把铝模埋件固定架从铝模埋件中旋下来就可。
在具体使用的时候，铝模埋件固定架分为两种使用方式，一种是表面固定方式，如图2所示，表面固定方式需要对铝模埋件的垂直精度具有很好的要求，所以需要垂直重件。另一种是端面固定方式（即侧面固定），如图3所示，端面固定方式只要求安装尺寸的位置精度就可以了，所以为了节省材料，可以不需要垂直件。
使用本铝模埋件固定安装机构后,埋件的安装效率提高了。埋件的安装尺寸的位置精度和垂直精度都得到了保证,另外埋件螺孔也不会出现被水泥浆水堵死的现象。

1.铝模埋件固定安装机构，其特征在于，所述的铝模埋件固定安装机构包括铝模埋件固定架，铝模埋件固定架为一圆锥台体，铝模埋件固定架的上端连有连接杆，所述的连接杆螺纹连有支架，所述的铝模埋件固定架的下端连有铝模连接杆，所述的铝模连接杆下端外表面上开设有外螺纹，所述的铝模连接杆螺纹连有铝模埋件，铝模埋件的下端固定连有加强板。
2.如权利要求1所述的铝模埋件固定安装机构，其特征在于，所述的铝模埋件固定架和连接杆之间设有垂直重件。
