技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种碳纤维预应力结构,具体涉及可配合多个楔形线夹对碳纤维预应力筋进行夹持的斜拉桥用碳纤维索连接器。
背景技术
目前,预应力结构是我国土木、交通、水利工程中应用极为广泛并极具潜力的一种结构。现有预应力结构中,预应力钢筋由于受使用环境影响(比如大气污染、酸雨等)以及长期处于高应力状态,其应力腐蚀问题比较严重,使预应力结构的耐久性降低,对使用环境恶劣的结构(如跨海大桥等)更是如此。碳纤维复合芯棒与传统的预应力钢筋相比,具有耐腐蚀、拉重比大、无磁性等优良特性,故将这种新型材料用作预应力钢筋的代替物可使桥梁结构整体更优,更耐久。但在碳纤维预应力结构替换传统的预应力钢筋用于斜拉桥结构中的实际应用中,锚固问题是需要解决的重要技术问题。

实用新型目的:本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种结构设计合理,强度高,锚固效果好,安装操作方便的斜拉桥用碳纤维索连接器。 
技术方案:为了实现本实用新型的目的,本实用新型采取如下技术方案:
一种斜拉桥用碳纤维索连接器,它包括:连接器钢体,包覆在连接器钢体外周的束线护套,所述的连接器钢体内部设有多个大小相等截头锥形孔,所述的截头锥形孔内通过中空螺栓安装有楔形线夹。
每个截头锥形孔与楔形线夹相匹配,楔形线夹与碳纤维复合芯棒相匹配,每个楔形夹内部的形状与碳纤维复合芯棒相配合,楔形线夹外部形状与截头锥形孔相配合,上述多个楔形线夹与上述锥形孔在使用时,碳纤维预应力筋处于拉紧状态,以便阻止其移动。
作为优选方案,以上所述的斜拉桥用碳纤维索连接器,连接器钢体内部的截头锥形孔,除了与连接器钢体共轴线的截头锥形孔外,其余截头锥形孔的轴线均与连接器钢体的中心轴线成α角,且每个相邻截头锥形孔的间距均相等。
作为优选方案,以上所述的斜拉桥用碳纤维索连接器,其特征在于,所述的α角为5至10度。
作为优选方案,以上所述的斜拉桥用碳纤维索连接器,所述的截头锥形孔的孔壁与锥形孔中心轴线的夹角β为0至15度。
以上所述的斜拉桥用碳纤维索连接器,使用中空设计的螺栓,配合截头锥形孔内的螺纹孔,在整体预应力安装时,对截头锥形孔进行密封,并挤压楔形线夹,使其与碳纤维预应力筋抱死。
以上所述的束线护套,优选橡胶,塑料等材质高分子护套。束线护套将整个斜拉桥用碳纤维索连接器及碳纤维复合芯棒覆盖。实际过程中用碳纤维缠包带将碳纤维复合芯棒进行缠包,然后次外层为设填充物,最外层为束线护套。
