螺杆裂解聚乙烯加热装置。提供了一种提高热效率,方便调节温度的螺杆裂解聚乙烯加热装置。还包括加热辊和至少三个温度控制器,所述温度控制器均布设在机筒的一侧,将机筒分隔成若干温度区,所述温度控制器包括温度表、温度传感器、电磁线圈和控制开关,所述温度传感器设在所述机筒上、且连接所述温度表;所述电磁线圈设在所述机筒的表面、且通过所述控制开关控制,所述螺杆包括杆体和螺旋叶片,所述螺旋叶片设在所述杆体的表面,所述杆体具有中孔,所述加热辊水平设在所述中孔内,所述螺旋叶片上均布设有若干拨杆。本实用新型便于操作,节省了时间和生产成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及马路标线专用聚乙烯蜡的生产,尤其涉及聚乙烯的加热装置。
背景技术
    马路标线专用聚乙烯蜡起分散、润滑、光亮等作用,在生产过程中需将其加工成珠粒状,便于与其他物质充分混合,实现耐磨性高,抗热能力强等特点。
聚乙烯蜡需要经过聚乙烯转变而成,在聚乙烯的加热过程中,现在常用的是加热锅炉,加热锅炉采用煤炭或柴油加热,它需要耗费的能量多,且加热是按照锅为单位进行加热,加热锅一次只能加热一锅,不能实现自动化操作,加热效率低,并且不环保,排放大量的烟尘,而且安全系数低,容易发生事故;同时加热温度不具备可控性、调节性差,不能有效的控制物料的流动状态等,不利于后续的生产加工,降低了产品的质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对以上问题,提供了一种提高热效率,方便调节温度的螺杆裂解聚乙烯加热装置。
    本实用新型的技术方案是:包括机筒、机座、螺杆、料斗和反应罐,所述机筒水平设在所述机座上,所述料斗设在所述机筒的进料口,所述反应罐连接在所述机筒的出料口,所述螺杆水平设在所述机筒内;
还包括加热辊和至少三个温度控制器,所述温度控制器均布设在机筒的一侧,将机筒分隔成若干温度区;
所述温度控制器包括温度表、温度传感器、电磁线圈和控制开关,所述温度传感器设在所述机筒上、且连接所述温度表;所述电磁线圈设在所述机筒的表面、且通过所述控制开关控制;
所述螺杆包括杆体和螺旋叶片,所述螺旋叶片设在所述杆体的表面,
所述杆体具有中孔,所述加热辊水平设在所述中孔内;
所述螺旋叶片上均布设有若干拨杆。
所述拨杆设在所述螺旋叶片的单侧。
所述拨杆设在所述螺旋叶片的两侧。
    所述拨杆倾斜设在所述螺旋叶片上。
    所述螺旋叶片上相邻两侧拨杆朝向相反。
    还包括保温层,所述保温层设在所述电磁线圈的表面。
本实用新型通过若干温度控制器对机筒进行加热,能够提供不同的加热温度,分区加热温度可控性高;采用电磁加热,便于控制加热温度,且热效能高,减少了煤炭加热所产生的煤耗,节省能源,提高了安全性能;通过加热辊和电磁加热的内外控制,提高了工作效率;螺旋叶片上设置拨杆,便于在工作过程中,对物料进行拨动,使得受热更加均匀、可靠。本实用新型便于操作,节省了时间和生产成本。

    本实用新型如图1所示,包括机筒1、机座5、螺杆4、料斗2和反应罐3,所述机筒1水平设在所述机座5上,所述料斗2设在所述机筒2的进料口,所述反应罐3连接在所述机筒1的出料口,所述螺杆4水平设在所述机筒1内;
还包括加热辊6和至少三个温度控制器7,所述温度控制器7均布设在机筒1的一侧,将机筒1分隔成若干温度区;
所述温度控制器7包括温度表71、温度传感器8、电磁线圈9和控制开关72,所述温度传感器8设在所述机筒1上、且连接所述温度表71;所述电磁线圈9设在所述机筒1的表面、且通过所述控制开关72控制;
所述螺杆4包括杆体41和螺旋叶片42,所述螺旋叶片42设在所述杆体41的表面,
所述杆体41具有中孔410,所述加热辊6水平设在所述中孔410内;
所述螺旋叶片42上均布设有若干拨杆43。
所述拨杆43设在所述螺旋叶片42的单侧。
所述拨杆43设在所述螺旋叶片42的两侧。单侧或两侧设置拨杆,便于对物料的搅拌,提高受热的均匀性。
    所述拨杆43倾斜设在所述螺旋叶片42上。
    所述螺旋叶片42上相邻两侧拨杆43朝向相反;进一步提高物料受热均匀性。
    还包括保温层,所述保温层设在所述电磁线圈的表面;设有保温层,减少了热量的损失,大大增加使用寿命。

1.螺杆裂解聚乙烯加热装置,包括机筒、机座、螺杆、料斗和反应罐,所述机筒水平设在所述机座上,所述料斗设在所述机筒的进料口,所述反应罐连接在所述机筒的出料口,所述螺杆水平设在所述机筒内;
其特征在于,还包括加热辊和至少三个温度控制器,所述温度控制器均布设在机筒的一侧,将机筒分隔成若干温度区;
所述温度控制器包括温度表、温度传感器、电磁线圈和控制开关,所述温度传感器设在所述机筒上、且连接所述温度表;所述电磁线圈设在所述机筒的表面、且通过所述控制开关控制;
所述螺杆包括杆体和螺旋叶片,所述螺旋叶片设在所述杆体的表面,
所述杆体具有中孔,所述加热辊水平设在所述中孔内;
所述螺旋叶片上均布设有若干拨杆。
