本实用新型涉及一种汽车转向盘包覆结构。
背景技术
较高档汽车转向盘采用皮革包覆，皮革包覆转向盘给驾驶员带来良好的真皮质感。常规汽车转向盘缝皮方式：如图1和图2所示，汽车转向盘包括骨架03、包覆在骨架03上的发泡体04、包覆在发泡体04上的皮套，所述皮套是由若干块皮革01（图中分为四块皮革1A、1B1、1B2、1C）以首尾连接而成，各块皮革套在发泡体轮缘上，用缝纫线02连接，使其包覆在发泡体04上。这种包覆结构在转向盘轮缘的内侧有缝纫线02的线迹，但由于转向盘轮缘内侧缝纫线处会比较粗糙，缝纫线的线迹会磨手，给驾驶造成不适。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是克服上述的缺陷，提供一种汽车转向盘包覆结构，使方向盘表面平整，不磨手，给驾驶员带来舒适的手感。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
 一种汽车转向盘包覆结构，包括骨架、包覆在骨架上的发泡体、包覆并粘贴在发泡体上的皮套，所述皮套是由多块皮革以首尾连接而成，其特殊之处是：其中位于转向盘左、右部的皮革分别由外侧皮革和内侧皮革构成，所述内侧皮革位于骨架的左、右辐条以上部位，在发泡体上对应内侧皮革和外侧皮革的交界部设有凹槽，所述外侧皮革和对应的内侧皮革的交界部挤压在所述凹槽内，除内侧皮革以外的其余皮革的接缝处用缝纫线连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、转向盘皮革包覆后，在驾驶动作操作最多的常用手握区域，没有缝纫线迹，不磨手，驾驶员手感平顺，握持舒适。
2、转向盘的常用手握区域内外侧交界处设有一条分界线，此分界线会美化转向盘的外观。

具体实施方式
如图3-图5所示，该汽车转向盘包覆结构包括骨架3、包覆在骨架3上的发泡体4、包覆并粘贴在发泡体4上的皮套，所述皮套是由多块皮革1以首尾连接而成，本实施例以六块为例，所述六块皮革1分别为位于转向盘上、下部的皮革1A、1C和位于转向盘左、右部的外侧皮革1 B1、1B2以及内侧皮革1D1、1D2，所述内侧皮革1D1、1D2分别位于骨架3的左、右辐条301以上部位（转向盘的常用手握区域），皮革1A、1C 及外侧皮革1B1、1B2先包覆在发泡体4上并在皮革接缝处用缝纫线2连接。在发泡体4上对应外侧皮革1 B1、1D1和内侧皮革1B2、1D2的交界部5设有凹槽6。所述皮革1B1、1D1和皮革1B2、1D2的交界部5挤压在凹槽6内。
本实用新型在转向盘轮缘的左、右部分多了一条皮革分界线，较常规皮革包覆结构在转向盘轮缘的左、右部分内侧取消了缝纫线。由于皮革与发泡体之间涂有粘合剂，塞边固定方式不会影响皮革1 B1、1D1和皮革1B2、1D2在发泡体上包覆的可靠性。

1.一种汽车转向盘包覆结构，包括骨架、包覆在骨架上的发泡体、包覆并粘贴在发泡体上的皮套，所述皮套是由多块皮革以首尾连接而成，其特征是：其中位于转向盘左、右部的皮革分别由外侧皮革和内侧皮革构成，所述内侧皮革位于骨架的左、右辐条以上部位，在发泡体上对应内侧皮革和外侧皮革的交界部设有凹槽，所述外侧皮革和对应的内侧皮革的交界部挤压在所述凹槽内，除内侧皮革以外的其余皮革的接缝处用缝纫线连接。
