技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种微创穿刺治疗高血压脑出血的医疗器具。
背景技术
目前,对于有手术指征的高血压脑出血病人,采用外科手术和微创穿刺治疗,因为外科手术需要全麻,去骨瓣,手术损伤比较大,病人家属多不能接受外科手术,所以一种损伤比较小的微创穿刺手术治疗高血压脑出血在临床上被普遍采用。在微创穿刺治疗高血压脑出血的方法上主要分为两种:一种是手钻钻颅,置引流管清除血肿;另外一种是在电钻驱动下的颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针清除血肿。前者手工钻颅费时、费力,采用的软管易折,引流效果差;后者则比较快速,但由于外套管进入颅内的一端周圈成锯齿状,在进入颅内到达血肿中心的途中容易切割到血管和神经,造成血管和神经的损伤。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种可以避免损伤血管和神经的颅内血肿穿刺引流套管。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:引流管内套有塑料内芯,引流管顶部有盖帽,上部有侧管,下端有圆钝形开口。
有益效果:可以有效防止损伤血管和神经,保证了微创穿刺治疗高血压脑出血手术的安全、可靠。

具体实施方式
实施例:引流管4内套有塑料内芯3,引流管4顶部有盖帽1,上部有侧管2,下端有圆钝形开口5。引流管4是由医用不锈钢制作圆管,其上端带有侧管2,用于连接外接的塑料引流管,引流管4上端带有外丝,用于和盖帽1相连,盖帽2内放置塑料垫,加强密封性,引流管4下端有圆钝形开口5,塑料内芯3是由医用硬质塑料制作。
本实用新型在高血压脑出血微创穿刺中的操作过程:将低温血肿穿刺钻针上端插入牧田牌电钻,根据CT计算,选择限位垫片,将合适的限位垫片从低温血肿穿刺针下端放置到低温血肿穿刺针上,预留颅骨和头皮的长度,在电钻的驱动下,穿透颅骨,拔出低温血肿穿刺针,将塑料内芯3放入引流管4中,将引流管4从头皮穿刺孔中进入颅内,到达血肿中心后,侧管2连接塑料引流管,将垫片放入塑料盖帽3中,与引流管4接封闭外界与颅内,利用引流管4抽吸血肿和冲洗,保持引流,待血肿基本清除后拔除引流管,手术完成。
