Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种承受较大负荷的机械导向轮。
现有的机械导向轮是由外套及内衬套、导轴及与其固定连接的轮架、导向杆、导轮等构成。其导轴的上端面与外套的顶端面相接触,两接触平面在相对转动时,摩擦力较大,因此,这种结构的导向轮仅适于承受小负载器械的支承导向,并且转动不够灵活,有时还需借助人为摆动导向杆来实现转向。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能承受较大负载且转动灵活的导向轮。
本实用新型的结构是:在外套的内腔装有一个球体,球体的上部与外套的顶端球面接触形成球面滚道,球体的下部支承在导轴的顶端面上,该顶端面与导轴成台阶平面,使球体与该平面形成点接触,导轴与轮架固定连接,轮架上装有导轮。
本实用新型的导向轮由于采用球体作为转向主体且摩擦力较小,因此,在360°范围内转向非常灵活,并且可承受较大负载器械的支承导向。
附图为本实用新型的结构剖视图。图中,1为外套,2为球面,3为球体,4为台阶平面,5为导轴,6为导套,7为轮架,8为导轮。
本实用新型的实施    例如附图所示,球体(3)采用钢球。外套(1)与所支承的器械连接。球体及导轴(5)上的台阶平面(4)的直径均小于外套内径。在外套的下端还采用螺纹连接有一个导套(6),导套与外套的内、外径均保持一致,导套的下端开有导向孔、导轴,通过该孔并与轮架(7)焊接成一体。导轮(8)装在轮架上,并可灵活转动。

1、一种由导轮(8)、轮架(7)、外套(1)、导轴(5)组成的导向轮,其特征在于外套(1)的内腔顶端为球面(2),球面与装在外套内的一个球体(3)接触,球体的下部支承在导轴(5)的顶端呈台阶平面(4)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的导向轮,其特征在于外套(1)的下端连接有一个导套(6),导套的下端开有一个导向孔。
