背景技术
目前，在工业蒸汽水回收中由于冬天水温低，蒸汽加热过程时间也会加长，但是工业用蒸汽系统必须根据生产规定的时间内快速达到所需温度，这样会使加热燃料比常温状态下使用的量增加很多，造成冬季能源的生产成本的增加。同时管道在低温的气候影响下会和内部快速升温的蒸汽引起热胀冷缩的膨胀效应，蒸汽压力过大引发管道阀门漏气或者垫片脱落等造成蒸汽泄露的安全隐患。

本实用新型目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷提供一种冷凝水预加热装置。
