【背景技术】
现有技术的太阳能热水系统单纯地利用太阳能的同时,不能很好地利用工业废水的余热,造成大量的工业废水余热流失,造成热量的浪费,不能更客观地体现太阳能系统真正意义上的“节能”。
因此,为解决上述技术问题,确有必要提供一种新型的具有太阳能及工业余热利用的多能互补工业热水系统,以克服现有技术中的所述缺陷。

为解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有太阳能及工业余热利用的多能互补工业热水系统,其在充分利用太阳光辐照能的同时,也能利用工业废水中的余热,达到多能互补、节能最大化的目的。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:一种具有太阳能及工业余热利用的多能互补工业热水系统,其包括密闭式保温水箱、太阳能集热器阵列、工业废水循环管路、直热式燃气锅炉以及工业热水给水管路;其中,所述密闭式保温水箱内设有第一换热盘管和第二换热盘管;所述太阳能集热器阵列通过一组太阳能循环管和第一换热盘管连接;所述工业废水循环管路和第二换热盘管连接;所述密闭式保温水箱通过一管路和直热式燃气锅炉连接;所述工业热水给水管路连接至直热式燃气锅炉上。
本实用新型的具有太阳能及工业余热利用的多能互补工业热水系统进一步设置为:于所述太阳能循环管和工业废水循环管路上分别设有闸阀、循环泵以及止回阀。
本实用新型的具有太阳能及工业余热利用的多能互补工业热水系统进一步设置为:于所述密闭式保温水箱的下部连接有一给水管,于该给水管上设有过滤器和闸阀;于所述密闭式保温水箱的顶部设有一安全阀。
本实用新型的具有太阳能及工业余热利用的多能互补工业热水系统进一步设置为:所述管路上依次设有闸阀、过滤器、压力表以及温度表;所述工业热水给水管路上依次设有温度表、压力表以及闸阀。

请参阅说明书附图1所示,本实用新型为一种具有太阳能及工业余热利用的多能互补工业热水系统,其由密闭式保温水箱1、太阳能集热器阵列2、工业废水循环管路3、直热式燃气锅炉4以及工业热水给水管路5等几部分组成。
其中,所述密闭式保温水箱1内设有第一换热盘管6和第二换热盘管7。于所述密闭式保温水箱1的下部连接有一给水管8,通过该给水管8可以向密闭式保温水箱1补充水。于该给水管8上设有过滤器9和闸阀10,所述过滤器9能对进行进行过滤,所述闸阀10用于控制给水管8的开关。于所述密闭式保温水箱1的顶部设有一安全阀11。
所述太阳能集热器阵列2通过一组太阳能循环管12和第一换热盘管6连接,经过太阳能集热器阵列2加热的水,经太阳能循环管12输送至第一换热盘管6进行换热。于所述太阳能循环管12上设有闸阀10、循环泵13以及止回阀14。
所述工业废水循环管路3和第二换热盘管7连接,其上亦设有闸阀10、循环泵13以及止回阀14。工业废水循环管路3中的废水经过第二换热盘管7进行换热。
所述密闭式保温水箱1通过一管路15和直热式燃气锅炉4连接。所述管路15上依次设有闸阀10、过滤器9、压力表16以及温度表17。
所述直热式燃气锅炉4进一步将水加热至目标温度,可保证用水水温基本恒定。于该直热式燃气锅炉4上连接一燃气管18。
所述工业热水给水管路5连接至直热式燃气锅炉4上,其上依次设有温度表17、压力表16以及闸阀10。

1.一种具有太阳能及工业余热利用的多能互补工业热水系统,其特征在于:包括密闭式保温水箱、太阳能集热器阵列、工业废水循环管路、直热式燃气锅炉以及工业热水给水管路;其中,所述密闭式保温水箱内设有第一换热盘管和第二换热盘管;所述太阳能集热器阵列通过一组太阳能循环管和第一换热盘管连接;所述工业废水循环管路和第二换热盘管连接;所述密闭式保温水箱通过一管路和直热式燃气锅炉连接;所述工业热水给水管路连接至直热式燃气锅炉上。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有太阳能及工业余热利用的多能互补工业热水系统,其特征在于:于所述太阳能循环管和工业废水循环管路上分别设有闸阀、循环泵以及止回阀。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有太阳能及工业余热利用的多能互补工业热水系统,其特征在于:于所述密闭式保温水箱的下部连接有一给水管,于该给水管上设有过滤器和闸阀;于所述密闭式保温水箱的顶部设有一安全阀。
