本实用新型的技术方案为：一种环保色浆生产系统，包括依次连接的配料罐、高速分散机、第一研磨机、第二研磨机、过滤器和称重包装机，其特征在于：所述的配料罐上分别连接有进气管和自动集尘系统，高速分散机上连接有配料管，高速分散机和第一研磨机之间设置有隔膜泵，过滤器上设置有带隔膜泵的回流管路，回流管路通过三通阀门连接在高速分散机的进料端。
所述过滤器上安装有取样管，取样管上设置有调节阀。
本实用新型的有益效果为：
1、设置有高效过滤器和取样管，能即时进行取样，并将细度均匀性不好的色浆回送至高速分散机进行重新处理，对于满足检测标准的成品则送入至称重包装机进行处理，从而提升了产品质量。
2、通过在配料罐处连接有自动集尘系统，对于工作现场的清洁度提供了保障，并确保配料过程的顺利进行，将各个装置之间进行管路连接，确保了连续性生产的进行并提高了生产效率。

如图1所示，本实用新型提供的环保色浆生产系统，包括依次连接的配料罐、高速分散机、第一研磨机、第二研磨机、过滤器和称重包装机，其中配料罐上分别连接有进气管（1）和自动集尘系统，高速分散机上连接有配料管（2），高速分散机和第一研磨机之间设置有隔膜泵（3），过滤器上设置有带隔膜泵（3）的回流管路，回流管路通过三通阀门连接在高速分散机的进料端，同时过滤器上还安装有带调节阀的取样管（4），通过取样可即时检测过滤后的产品是否满足质量要求。基于上述结构设计，本实用新型具有能连续生产、生产效率高和产品品质好的优点，满足了色浆市场对于高性能色浆产品快速增长的需求。
