本实用新型属于TPU薄膜技术领域，涉及一种竹制品TPU贴合膜。
背景技术
TPU为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶，这种材料在一定热度下变软，而在常温下可以保持不变。TPU具有高耐磨性、硬度范围广、机械强度高、耐寒性突出、加工性能好、耐油、耐水、耐霉菌和环保等优良特性。由于TPU的良好性能使其在装饰材料、日用品等众多领域得到广泛的应用。
随着我国新材料、新工艺的快速发展，在现代家庭装饰中，利用竹子制品装扮居家已成为一种时尚和趋势，受到人们越来越多的关注，但是竹制品装饰材料的缺点是不耐潮湿、不耐日晒、色调单一。目前也没有贴膜能够解决上述装饰材料的缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种竹制品TPU贴合膜以解决普通竹制品贴合膜不耐潮湿、不耐日晒和色调单一的技术问题。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型通过以下方式实现：
一种竹制品TPU贴合膜，包括自上而下依次层叠复合而成的三个膜层，第一层为透明PE膜，第二层为TPU聚氨酯层，第三层为PU胶黏层。
进一步的，贴合膜的第一层透明PE膜厚度为0.12mm-0.20mm。
进一步的，贴合膜的第二层TPU聚氨酯层的厚度为0.2mm-0.3mm。
进一步的，贴合膜的第三层PU胶黏层的厚度为0.18mm-0.25mm，熔点为110℃-135℃。
上述贴合膜的第一层透明PE膜为该贴合膜的保护层，起到保护贴合膜表面不受污损、划伤的作用；第二层TPU聚氨酯层具有耐磨、透气性好、环保、耐水解等特性，当竹制品装饰材料贴上贴合膜后，能改善被贴合竹制品装饰材料的物性；第三层PU胶黏层粘性好、柔软有弹性，能够与竹制品装饰材料紧密贴合，更好的保护装饰材料。

1.一种竹制品TPU贴合膜，其特征在于：所述贴合膜包括自上而下依次层叠复合而成的三个膜层，第一层为透明PE膜，第二层为TPU聚氨酯层，第三层为PU胶黏层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的贴合膜，其特征在于：所述透明PE膜厚度为0.12mm-0.20mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的贴合膜，其特征在于：所述TPU聚氨酯层的厚度为0.2mm-0.3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的贴合膜，其特征在于：所述PU胶黏层的厚度为0.18mm-0.25mm。
