本实用新型涉及到散装粮食运输车领域，是一种散装粮食运输车的动态计量装置。其特征是在纵梁上安装有传送带支座，在传送带支座上安装有压力传感器；在密封车厢内安装有左活动底板和右活动底板，在底盘上装有卸粮传送带。由于采用了本技术方案，其结构简单，得以实现粮食散装动态计量，同时方便使用者保存计量数据。

本实用新型涉及到散装粮食运输车领域，是一种散装粮食运输车的动态计量装置。
背景技术
目前我国散装粮食运输车，虽然有散粮口对口的运输，减少了很多费用。但是没有动态计量装置，在装卸散粮过程中，还需要人工计量，费时费力。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种散装粮食运输车的动态计量装置。在传送带支座上的两个压力传感器检测溜卸到料送带上的散粮重量，并将信息传递到车载ECU进行处理和判别，向执行机构给出指令，增大或减小卸料口开度大小，设置的车载式静、动态计量、显示、统计与关闸控制系统，可对总装载质量、过程卸料质量进行准确计量、显示，并统计记录，以满足进仓入库计量需要。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种散装粮食运输车的动态计量装置，其特征是在纵梁上安装有传送带支座，在传送带支座上安装有压力传感器；在密封车厢内安装有左活动底板和右活动底板，在底盘上装有卸粮传送带。
由于采用了上述技术方案，其结构简单，得以实现粮食散装动态计量，同时方便使用者保存计量数据。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
在图1和图2中，在纵梁2上安装有传送带支座6，在传送带支座6上安装有压力传感器7；在密封车厢8内安装有左活动底板3和右活动底板4，在底盘1上装有卸粮传送带5。
在卸料过程中，散装粮食通过活动底板开启后靠自重向下滑落至卸粮传送带5上，此时传送带下部安装的压力传感器7开始工作，当传送带上的粮食重量达到或超过设定值时，重量信息会传递到车载ECU进行处理和判别，向执行机构给出指令，增大或减小活动底板的开口大小；同时通过传送带已经输送的粮食重量也会通过传感器累计记录到ECU中，ECU有存储和记忆功能，能够记录粮食传送数据，可以随时查询。

1.一种散装粮食运输车的动态计量装置，其特征是在纵梁(2)上安装有传送带支座(6)，在传送带支座(6)上安装有压力传感器(7)；在密封车厢(8)内安装有左活动底板(3)和右活动底板(4)，在底盘(1)上装有卸粮传送带(5)。
