[0001] 本实用新型具体涉及一种侧进风式单机脉冲除尘器,属于机械设备制作的技术领域。
背景技术
[0002] 侧进风式单机脉冲除尘器是把粉尘从烟气中分离出来的机械设备,主要用于对工业生产中产生的浓密烟气进行除尘,使烟气排放浓度达到国家规定的排放标准。在整个除尘工艺系统中,由集气罩将烟气进行收集,经过烟道送入除尘器,待除尘器运行经滤袋过滤后成为净气,净气通过净气室直接排入大气,而阻留在滤袋外面的粉尘颗粒,经过振打向下坠入灰斗,由卸灰阀排出。该型除尘器可用于冶金、建材、机械、化工、矿山等各种工矿企业非纤维工业粉尘的除尘净化与物料回收。但是以往的大部分除尘器都采用下部进风,为了减少滤袋损耗,通常都采用加设导流板,这样就会导致成本增高、钢材浪费,不利于优化设计。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的是为了改善和弥补以上的不足,提供的一种优化设计、降低成本、节约钢材的侧进风式单机脉冲除尘器。
[0004] 本实用新型是这样实现的,所述的侧进风式单机脉冲除尘器,由支腿1、卸灰阀2、下箱体3、横梁4、进风口 5、中箱体6、滤袋7、风机8、上箱体9、喷吹系统10组成。其特征在于:在支腿I上方设置横梁4,在横梁4下方设置下箱体3,在横梁4上方设置中箱体,在中箱体6上方设置上箱体9 ;风机8设置于上箱体9左侧,喷吹系统10设置于上箱体9右侧;卸灰阀2设置于下箱体3下方,进风口 5设置于中箱体6左侧,滤袋7设置于中箱体6内部。
[0005] 本除尘器将进风口 5设置于中箱体6的左侧,目的是为了改变进风方式,省去加设导流板,而以中箱体6的壁板作为导流板,使除尘器的设计得到优化。当含尘气体从进风口5进入除尘器后,气流碰到中箱体6的壁板折而向下,依靠惯性作用,气流中的粗颗粒粉尘直接落入下箱体3,经卸灰阀2排出,随后气流折而向上进入中箱体6,通过中箱体6内部设置的滤袋7进行过滤,将气流中的粉尘捕集在滤袋7的外表面,净化后的气体进入上箱体9,由风机8排入大气。随着过滤时间的延长,阻留在滤袋外表面上的粉尘逐渐增厚,滤袋7的阻力增大,这时启动喷吹系统10,向滤袋内喷入高压气,清除滤袋7外表面的粉尘,从而达到除尘器把粉尘从烟气中分离出来的作用。
[0006] 本实用新型侧进风式单机脉冲除尘器的有益效果是,通过焊接将各部件连接成为一个刚性体,具有清灰效果好、除尘效率高(可达99.9%以上)、体积小、重量轻、成本低、处理烟尘能力强的优点,随着使用滤料的不同,使用温度范围可达80-200°C,使用范围广、设备寿命长、运行安全可靠,可用于冶金、建材、机械、化工、矿山等各种工矿企业非纤维工业粉尘的除尘净化与物料回收。附图说明

1.侧进风式单机脉冲除尘器,由支腿(I)、卸灰阀(2)、下箱体(3)、横梁(4)、进风口(5)、中箱体(6)、滤袋(7)、风机(8)、上箱体(9)、喷吹系统(10)组成,其特征在于在支腿(I)上方设置横梁(4),在横梁(4)下方设置下箱体(3),在横梁(4)上方设置中箱体(6),在中箱体(6)上方设置上箱体(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的侧进风式单机脉冲除尘器,其特征在于风机(8)设置于上箱体(9)左侧,喷吹系统(10)设置于上箱体(9)右侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的侧进风式单机脉冲除尘器,其特征在于卸灰阀(2)设置于下箱体⑶下方,进风口(5)设置于中箱体(6)左侧,滤袋(7)设置于中箱体(6)内部。
