Abstract
本实用新型提供一种防止二次扬尘的灰仓,包括灰仓本体,所述灰仓本体的顶端设有落灰口、底部设有卸料口,所述灰仓本体的顶端设有灰仓单机,所述灰仓单机的内部纵向设有滤袋,灰仓单机的底端与灰仓本体相贯通。灰仓本体在收集灰尘的同时,少部分微尘形成的二次扬尘则从灰仓本体顶端进入由风机作用保持负压的灰仓单机中,由灰仓单机中的滤袋将微尘进行收集,积累后因重力作用再自然落下至灰仓本体中,再从卸料口进行排出,从而避免了灰仓在排灰过程中产生的二次扬灰,保证了作业环境的清洁,同时也保证了除尘设备的工作高效性。

[0002]目前我国的煤炭、电力、钢铁、有色冶金、建材、化工、制药、铸造等行业在生产过程 中常常会产生含尘气体,这些含尘气体需经过除尘设备的除尘处理达标后才能进行放空排 放。其中灰仓是除尘设备的必要组成部件,用于收集除尘设备卸下的灰尘。但由于灰尘落入 灰仓的同时,灰仓内会形成瞬间向上的正压而导致微尘进行二次扬尘,这些被二次扬尘的 微尘则一部份从灰仓的落灰口泄露而影响环境;另一部分则会重新进入前面的除尘设备, 而导致除尘设备的负荷增大,而使其除尘效率大幅下降。
