本实用新型涉及一种移动式搅浆机。
背景技术
在很多领域，经常需要对一些浆状物料进行搅拌，原来是人工搅拌，费时费力、效率极低。例如在锆刚玉领域，经常需要使用锆刚玉磨砖粉浆，但锆刚玉磨砖粉的密度大，更容易沉淀，人工搅拌不充分常常使泥浆泵堵塞。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种移动式搅浆机。
基于上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
移动式搅浆机，包括铺设在沉淀池的两边上的并排的地轨，地轨之间设有沿其滑动的跑道车，跑道车的顶部设有与地轨垂直的并排轨道，跑道车的顶部设有沿轨道滑动的支撑架，支撑架上设有竖直的搅拌叶浆，搅拌叶浆的顶部设有电机，搅拌叶浆的下端伸入沉淀池内。
所述的并排的地轨和跑道车的轨道均为槽钢。
采用本实用新型的技术方案时，先启动电机，让支撑架在跑道车的轨道上往返移动，搅拌一段时间后，让跑道车在并排的地轨上往返移动，搅拌一段时间后，让支撑架在跑道车的地轨上往返移动，如此反复，直至搅拌物沉淀后的上清液达到要求为止。
本实用新型的移动式搅浆机不仅大大降低了操作者劳动强度，又降低人工成本、省时省力，最大的优点是使搅拌更均匀，最大程度避免了泥浆泵的堵塞。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，移动式搅浆机，包括铺设在沉淀池的两边上的并排的地轨1和地轨11，地轨1和地轨11之间设有沿其滑动的跑道车2，跑道车2的顶部设有与地轨1和地轨11垂直的并排轨道3和轨道31，跑道车2的顶部设有沿轨道3和31滑动的支撑架4，支撑架4上设有竖直的搅拌叶浆5，搅拌叶浆5的顶部设有电机6，搅拌叶浆5的下端伸入沉淀池内。
使用时，先启动7.5kw的电机6，使搅拌叶浆5转动起来，移动支撑架4，让其在跑道车2的轨道3和31上往返移动，搅拌一段时间后，让跑道车2在并排的地轨1上往返移动，搅拌一段时间后，让支撑架4在跑道车2的轨道3和31上往返移动，如此反复，使搅拌后沉淀后的上层液体不堵塞泥浆泵为准。

1.移动式搅浆机，其特征在于：包括铺设在沉淀池的两边上的并排的地轨，地轨之间设有沿其滑动的跑道车，跑道车的顶部设有与地轨垂直的并排轨道，跑道车的顶部设有沿轨道滑动的支撑架，支撑架上设有竖直的搅拌叶浆，搅拌叶浆的顶部设有电机，搅拌叶浆的下端伸入沉淀池内。
