本发明公开一种小型牵引式稳定土搅拌机，包括主架，安装在所述主架下面的移动轮，其特征在于：圆形物料桶安装在主架中间，其内部安装有通过电机带动的搅拌装置；牵引架安装在所述主架一侧，所述搅拌装置设有出料口。本发明具结构简单，节省工程成本和节省时间的优点，具有广阔的市场前景。

Description

一种小型牵引式稳定土搅拌机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种搅拌机，尤其是一种小型牵引式稳定土搅拌机，属于土木工程技术领域。
背景技术
稳定土是用水泥、石灰、粉煤灰等结合料与土混合得到的混合料的总称。在道路工程中使用极其广泛。
稳定土搅拌机是对路面基层材料连续拌合的成套专用设备，适用于普通公路、高等级公路、高速公路及城市道路、运动场、机场等基层材料的施工。该设备采用模块化设计、外形美观、结构紧凑，可以有多种布置方式任意组合，主机为双卧轴连续式搅拌机，搅拌均匀、迅速，搅拌效果好，配料为连续式皮带称调速计量，给料稳定、工作可靠、调整方便，电气系统有多种控制手段，可以保证连续生产多种搅拌均匀、配比准确的基层稳定材料。搅拌的成品一般为水泥沙砾稳定土、二灰碎石稳定土、可压混凝土等基层物料。
目前，稳定土的搅拌设备都是成套的，价格极其昂贵，同时操作、现场安装调试都很麻烦，在一些小型道路铺设时往往不需要这样的大设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足，立足于解决现有稳定土的搅拌设备造价昂贵、现场安装调试麻烦，不适合小型道路铺设的问题，设计了一种小型牵引式稳定土搅拌机，该机器结构简单，不需拆装，可直接牵引移动，节省工程成本。
为实现本发明的目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种小型牵引式稳定土搅拌机，包括主架，安装在所述主架下面的移动轮，其特征在于：圆形物料桶安装在主架中间，其内部安装有通过电机带动的搅拌装置；牵引架安装在所述主架一侧，所述搅拌装置设有出料口。
优先地，所述出料口上面还设有调节流量的抽板。
优先地，搅拌装置包括两个船形搅拌片和两个弧形搅拌片。
优先地，所述电机固定在主架上面，其上方还安装有保护棚。
本发明的有益效果是：通过利用电机带动搅拌装置对稳定土进行搅拌，高速快捷，同时本机器无需拆装，平时通过车辆牵引移动即可。因此，本发明具结构简单，节省工程成本和节省时间的优点，具有广阔的市场前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明，但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是，对本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
如图所示，一种小型牵引式稳定土搅拌机，包括主架1，安装在所述主架1下面的移动轮5，圆形物料桶4安装在主架1中间，其内部安装有通过电机8带动的搅拌装置9；牵引架6安装在所述主架1一侧，所述搅拌装置9设有出料口3。
为了控制出料的速度和流量大小，出料口3上面还设有调节流量的抽板2。
为了对不同料的搅拌均匀，搅拌装置9包括两个船形搅拌片92和两个弧形搅拌片91。
为了保护电机8不被雨水淋坏生锈，电机8固定在主架1上面，其上方还安装有保护棚7。
本发明公开的这种小型牵引式稳定土搅拌机，使用时通过利用车辆牵引牵引架6将机器移动到工程现场固定，将稳定土配料放入圆形物料桶4内，启动电机8带动搅拌装置9旋转搅拌，船形搅拌片92和两个弧形搅拌片91不断对圆形物料桶4内配料进行搅拌，搅拌完成后，控制调节抽板2将稳固土通过出料口3排出。
本发明公开的这种适用于小型道路建设的牵引式稳定土搅拌机，通过利用电机带动搅拌装置对稳定土进行搅拌，高速快捷，同时本机器无需拆装，平时通过车辆牵引移动即可。具有结构简单，节省工程成本和节省时间的优点。

1.一种小型牵引式稳定土搅拌机，包括主架（1），安装在所述主架（1）下面的移动轮（5）其特征在于：圆形物料桶（4）安装在主架（1）中间，其内部安装有通过电机（8）带动的搅拌装置（9）；牵引架（6）安装在所述主架（1）一侧，所述搅拌装置（9）设有出料口（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小型牵引式稳定土搅拌机，其特征在于：所述出料口（3）上面还设有调节流量的抽板（2）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的小型牵引式稳定土搅拌机，其特征在于：所述搅拌装置（9）包括两个船形搅拌片（92）和两个弧形搅拌片（91）。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的小型牵引式稳定土搅拌机，其特征在于：所述电机（8）固定在主架（1）上面，其上方还安装有保护棚（7）。
