背景技术
目前光伏行业组件制作过程中手工叠层铺放电池片时破片率偏高和电池片整面有异物,导致组件返工是影响公司生产成本的一个重要因素,其中员工在电池片取放不良习惯造成破片是一个因素。怎样有效的减少在取放电池片导致碎片和异物所产生返工,是控制生产成本的一个重要改进方向。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种叠层电池片吸盘,有效降低生产碎片率,减少电池片正反有异物,提高生产效率。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种叠层电池片吸盘,它包括空心管,所述空心管采用空腔密闭铝型材,且在空心管的上方两端均设置有把手,在其中一个把手上设置有进气开关,在所述空心管的上方中部设置有负压风机,在所述空心管的下方均匀布置有多个吸盘,所述进气开关与负压风机通过导气管相连,所述负压风机与空心管之间通过导气管相连,所述导气管的进气口与一空压机相连。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型可以满足在叠层取电池片方便,避免电池片受外力导致碎片和可以杜绝电池片正反面有异物,进一步的提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
