一种免焊接式LED灯管，包括灯头外壳、散热器、铝基板、电源驱动、灯罩，灯珠及电源驱动固定在铝基板上，铝基板背面安装散热器，其特征在于，铝基板的两端设置焊盘，散热器两端开有卡口，灯头外壳外端部的插针通过螺丝与灯头外壳内端的导电卡片连接，灯头外壳侧面上设有卡扣，由散热器、铝基板、灯罩组成的灯管两端插入灯头外壳中，灯头外壳的卡扣与散热器的卡口配合连接，导电卡片与铝基板的焊盘接触进行导电。本实用新型的免焊接式LED灯管，通过卡扣与卡口连接，导电卡片与焊盘接触导电，减少了焊线及连接螺丝，使结构简单化，热效率大大提高，同时安装维修也方便。

常规的LED灯管安装时，须烙铁焊接电源线，并须锁螺丝固定装配，热效率低，安装工艺复杂。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种结构简单、热效率高、安装维修方便的免焊接式LED灯管。 
本实用新型的免焊接式LED灯管，包括灯头外壳、散热器、铝基板、电源驱动、灯罩，灯珠及电源驱动固定在铝基板上，铝基板背面安装散热器，其特征在于，铝基板的两端设置焊盘，散热器两端开有卡口，灯头外壳外端部的插针通过螺丝与灯头外壳内端的导电卡片连接，灯头外壳侧面上设有卡扣，由散热器、铝基板、灯罩组成的灯管两端插入灯头外壳中，灯头外壳的卡扣与散热器的卡口配合连接，导电卡片与铝基板的焊盘接触进行导电。
本实用新型的免焊接式LED灯管，通过卡扣与卡口连接，导电卡片与焊盘接触导电，减少了焊线及连接螺丝，使结构简单化，热效率大大提高，同时安装维修也方便。

1.一种免焊接式LED灯管，包括灯头外壳（1）、散热器（6）、铝基板（7）、电源驱动、灯罩（8），灯珠及电源驱动固定在铝基板（7）上，铝基板（7）背面安装散热器（6），其特征在于，铝基板（7）的两端设置焊盘（5），散热器（6）两端开有卡口，灯头外壳（1）外端部的插针（2）通过螺丝与灯头外壳（1）内端的导电卡片（3）连接，灯头外壳（1）侧面上设有卡扣（4），由散热器（6）、铝基板（7）、灯罩（8）组成的灯管两端插入灯头外壳（1）中，灯头外壳（1）的卡扣（4）与散热器（6）的卡口配合连接，导电卡片（3）与铝基板（7）的焊盘（5）接触。
