本发明公开了一种新型的LED走线结构,包括灯罩和灯壳,灯罩用PC材料制成,灯壳用绝缘导热材料制成,所述的灯壳的前端安装有集成光源、后端连接有导电灯头,集成光源上设置有发光灯珠、火线L极卡扣和零线N极焊盘,灯壳内安装有零线N极导电散热片,零线N极导电散热片的前端设置有与零线N极焊盘连接的铝材,零线N极导电散热片与导电灯头接触,导电铆钉穿过导电灯头连接到火线L极卡扣上,导电铆钉与导电灯头之间安装有绝缘体;本发明的有益效果:实用,使用方便、安全,改变以往用连接线的布线结构,生产成本低,改善LED光源类产品的组装成本,安全性和稳定性都得以提高,提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种新型的LED走线结构。
背景技术
照明的时候,都会使用到灯泡,随着科技的发展,提倡节约能源,LED照明装置越来越普及。
现有的LED照明灯,如:球泡灯,其灯头部分与发光灯珠之间都是通过导线来实现电连接的,在灯体内需要加装散热装置。其存在的缺陷是:装配的时候,工序多,耗时长,生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种新型的LED走线结构。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的措施:
一种新型的LED走线结构,包括灯罩和灯壳,灯罩用PC材料制成,灯壳用绝缘导热材料制成,所述的灯壳的前端安装有集成光源、后端连接有导电灯头,集成光源上设置有发光灯珠、火线L极卡扣和零线N极焊盘,灯壳内安装有零线N极导电散热片,零线N极导电散热片的前端设置有与零线N极焊盘连接的铝材,零线N极导电散热片与导电灯头接触,导电铆钉穿过导电灯头连接到火线L极卡扣上,导电铆钉与导电灯头之间安装有绝缘体;
所述的零线N极导电散热片和火线L极卡扣均为导电件;
所述的零线N极导电散热片压合在集成光源上的零线N极焊盘上,导电铆钉与火线L极卡扣之间卡扣式连接;
所述的灯罩与灯壳之间通过卡扣粘合连接;
所述的LED为LED球泡灯、LED蜡烛灯或LED射灯;
所述的灯壳与导电灯头之间通过铆合打点连接;
所述的零线N极导电散热片和导电铆钉为硬质导电件。
本发明的有益效果:实用,使用方便、安全,改变以往用连接线的布线结构,生产成本低,改善LED光源类产品的组装成本,安全性和稳定性都得以提高,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
一种新型的LED走线结构,包括灯罩1和灯壳4,灯罩1用PC材料制成,灯壳4用绝缘导热材料制成,所述的灯壳4的前端安装有集成光源2、后端连接有导电灯头5,集成光源2上设置有发光灯珠23、火线L极卡扣22和零线N极焊盘21,灯壳4内安装有零线N极导电散热片3,零线N极导电散热片3的前端设置有与零线N极焊盘21连接的铝材,零线N极导电散热片3与导电灯头5接触,导电铆钉6穿过导电灯头5连接到火线L极卡扣22上,导电铆钉6与导电灯头5之间安装有绝缘体。
所述的零线N极导电散热片3和火线L极卡扣22均为导电件。
所述的零线N极导电散热片3压合在集成光源2上的零线N极焊盘21上,导电铆钉6与火线L极卡扣22之间卡扣式连接。
所述的灯罩1与灯壳4之间通过卡扣粘合连接。
所述的LED为LED球泡灯、LED蜡烛灯或LED射灯。
所述的灯壳4与导电灯头5之间通过铆合打点连接。
所述的零线N极导电散热片3和导电铆钉6为硬质导电件。
使用过程中,电流流向:电流由导电铆钉6通过火线L极卡扣22流向到集成光源2上的火线L极卡扣22,再到集成光源2,再到零线N极焊盘21,零线N极焊盘21到零线N极导电散热片3,再由零线N极导电散热片3流向导电灯头5,形成回路,发光灯珠23发光。
零线N极导电散热片3起到导电作用的同时,起到了散热作用。零线N极导电散热片3和导电铆钉6为硬质件,相比以往的导线,更加的容易装配,集成光源2和零线N极导电散热片3连接通过治具压合既增加了两者的贴合度、可靠度和安全性,又简化了以往打螺丝,打胶的固定方式,及导线焊锡的连接方式;
生产的时候:可以将零线N极导电散热片3直接注塑在灯壳4内,在灯壳4内安装好集成光源2,将零线N极导电散热片3压合到零线N极焊盘21上,将导电灯头5安装在灯壳4的下部,灯壳4下部的铝和导电灯头5通过铆合打点的方式连接,导电铆钉6穿过导电灯头5,插接到火线L极卡扣22上,灯罩1卡接到灯壳4的上部。实现装配。
本产品适用各种场所的室内照明,室外有防雨罩的庭院照明。

1.一种LED灯的走线结构,包括灯罩(1)和灯壳(4),灯罩(1)用PC材料制成,灯壳(4)用绝缘导热材料制成,其特征在于:所述的灯壳(4)的前端安装有集成光源(2)、后端连接有导电灯头(5),集成光源(2)上设置有发光灯珠(23)、火线L极卡扣(22)和零线N极焊盘(21),灯壳(4)内安装有零线N极导电散热片(3),零线N极导电散热片(3)的前端设置有与零线N极焊盘(21)连接的铝材,零线N极导电散热片(3)与导电灯头(5)接触,导电铆钉(6)穿过导电灯头(5)连接到火线L极卡扣(22)上,导电铆钉(6)与导电灯头(5)之间安装有绝缘体;所述的LED灯为LED球泡灯、LED蜡烛灯或LED射灯;所述的灯壳(4)与导电灯头(5)之间通过铆合打点连接;所述的零线N极导电散热片(3)和导电铆钉(6)为硬质导电件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯的走线结构,其特征在于:所述的零线N极导电散热片(3)压合在集成光源(2)上的零线N极焊盘(21)上,导电铆钉(6)与火线L极卡扣(22)之间卡扣式连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯的走线结构,其特征在于:所述的灯罩(1)与灯壳(4)之间通过卡扣粘合连接。
