Description
本实用新型涉及一种LED球泡灯。
传统的白炽灯耗能高,寿命短,在全球资源紧张的大环境下,已经逐渐被各国政府禁止生产。随之替代的产品是电子节能灯,电子节能灯虽然提高了节能效果,但由于使用了诸多污染环境的重金属元素,有悖于环境保护的大趋势。随着LED技术的高速发展,LED照明逐渐成为新型绿色照明的选择。LED在发光原理,节能,环保的各个层面上,都远远优于传统的照明产品。
由于白炽灯和电子节能灯在人们的日常使用中仍占有非常高的比例,为了减少浪费,LED照明开发必须符合现有的接口和人们使用习惯,使人们在不需要更换原有灯具座和线路的情况下,就可以使用新一代的LED照明产品。于是,以LED为光源的LED球泡灯就应运而生。
球泡灯采用了现有的接口方式,即螺口、插口方式(E26\E27\E14\B22等),为了符合人们的使用习惯,其外形也采用了模仿白炽灯的外形。基于LED的发光特性,LED球灯泡的结构相对于白炽灯要复杂。基本分为光源,驱动电路和散热装置。这些部分共同配合才能造就低耗能,长寿命、高光效和环保的LED球泡灯产品。但目前的LED球泡灯质量良莠不齐,仍有许多问题需要解决。
工作时,只有30%的电能转化为光能,其余70%左右的电能都转
化为热能,因此需要有散热器进行散热。LED在温度较高的情况下,会有严重的光衰,如果热量不能有效的散发出去,将大大影响LED球泡灯的照明效果和使用寿命。而LED球泡灯产生的目的是替代传统的白炽灯,其体积大小必须和传统的白炽灯相当,这样就大大的限制了LED球泡灯的散热器尺寸大小,从而限制了LED球泡灯功率的提高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述技术缺陷,提供一种具有良好的散热结构,安全美观,使用寿命长的LED球泡灯,通过透镜将中间较亮的光进行扩散,并将四周分散的光进行汇聚,从而实现灯泡远处的光与近处的光大致相当,同时散热器的采用和特殊设计实现了LED的长寿命及高的光输出。
本实用新型的技术方案如下所述:一种LED球泡灯,一种LED球泡灯,其组成包括:标准灯头,所述的标准灯头连接带有电源的电源壳,所述的电源壳连接灯壳外壳,所述灯壳外壳内装有灯源装置,其特征是:所述灯源装置包括LED灯珠,铝基板,散热器和透镜,所述LED灯珠及元器件贴焊于铝基板的正面,透镜的开口端紧扣于LED灯珠的正上方,所述铝基板插入散热器的卡槽内,所述LED灯珠、透镜、铝基板、散热器通过PVC胶采用高压注塑工艺注塑成一个整体,露出散热器,通过透镜将中间亮的光进行扩散,并将四周分散的光进行汇聚。
所述透镜的下表面设置有四个凸起的圆柱,使其在扣住灯珠的时候能更准确的定位,在铝基板上靠近散热器的两端设有两个圆孔,并
使透镜的两个圆柱准确的卡入铝基板的两个圆孔内。
所述散热器的外表面分布很多凸起的条状物,以增大和空气的接触面积,增大空气间的对流。
本实用新型提供一种具有良好的散热结构,安全美观,使用寿命长的LED球泡灯,通过透镜将中间较亮的光进行扩散,并将四周分散的光进行汇聚,从而实现灯泡远处的光与近处的光大致相当,同时散热器的采用和特殊设计实现了LED的长寿命及高的光输出。

下面结合附图以及实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步的描述:
如附图1和图2所示,一种LED球泡灯,一种LED球泡灯,其组成包括:标准灯头,所述的标准灯头连接带有电源的电源壳,所述的电源壳连接灯壳外壳,所述灯壳外壳内装有灯源装置,所述灯源装置包括LED灯珠,铝基板,散热器和透镜,所述LED灯珠及元器件贴焊于铝基板的正面,透镜的开口端紧扣于LED灯珠的正上方,所述铝基板插入散热器的卡槽内,所述LED灯珠、透镜、铝基板、散热器通过PVC胶采用高压注塑工艺注塑成一个整体,露出散热器,通过透镜将中间亮的光进行扩散,并将四周分散的光进行汇聚。
灯壳内的灯源装置的安装如下,首先将LED灯珠1及元器件贴焊于铝基板3的正面,再将透镜6的开口端紧扣于LED灯珠1的正上方,并使透镜6的两个圆柱准确的卡入铝基板3的两个圆孔内,用导线2将LED灯珠1、铝基板3和元器件等线路连接,再将焊好灯珠1、元器件和装好透镜6的铝基板3插入散热器5的卡槽内,最后将LED灯珠1、透镜6、铝基板3、散热器5整体一起放入首先做好的治具中,再用PVC胶4采用高压注塑工艺将LED灯珠1、透镜6、铝基板3、散热器5注塑成一个整体,只露出散热器5,通过透镜6将中间较亮的光进行扩散,并将四周分散的光进行汇聚,从而很好的增大了整个模组的光照面积,实现了完全照明效果。
本实用新型采用定制的透镜,此透镜既是扩光透镜,又是聚光透镜,透镜是由四周边缘部分为聚光透镜、中间部分为扩光透镜组成的一体结构或是由中间是扩光透镜模组与四周是聚光透镜模组组合而成,透镜一方面将中间部分的光扩散开,另一方面将四周的散光汇聚,四周的光经过透镜在透镜的两边稍外的部分形成全反射,形成全反射的零界角为42度左右;透镜通过严格的光学设计,一方面将中间部分的光扩散开,另一方面将四周的散光汇聚,使边缘的光射的更远,则光斑更均匀,混光距离更小,从而可大幅度减少模组数量的同时不降低照明效果甚至更佳成为了可能;另外在透镜的下表面设置有四个凸起的圆柱,使其在扣住灯珠的时候能更准确的定位,将灯珠位于透镜的正中。
本实用新型同时也采用了散热器,散热器的外表面分布很多凸起
的条状物,以增大和空气的接触面积,增大空气间的对流,使灯具产生的热量很快的散发出去起到很好的散热效果;在靠近散热器的两端设有两个圆孔,有利于铝基板的定位和产品使用时的安装;通过此方案散热,经过严格的热分析,散热效果好,控制LEDPN结温在85度以内,从而真正实现LED的长寿命及高的光输出。
本实用新型LED灯采用OSRAM、CREE大功率LED,灯具光通量大,是常规模组的近20倍。

- 一种LED球泡灯,一种LED球泡灯,其组成包括:标准灯头,所述的标准灯头连接带有电源的电源壳,所述的电源壳连接灯壳外壳,所述灯壳外壳内装有灯源装置,其特征是:所述灯源装置包括LED灯珠,铝基板,散热器和透镜,所述LED灯珠及元器件贴焊于铝基板的正面,透镜的开口端紧扣于LED灯珠的正上方,所述铝基板插入散热器的卡槽内,所述LED灯珠、透镜、铝基板、散热器通过PVC胶采用高压注塑工艺注塑成一个整体,露出散热器,通过透镜将中间亮的光进行扩散,并将四周分散的光进行汇聚。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED球泡灯,其特征还在于:所述透镜的下表面设置有四个凸起的圆柱,使其在扣住灯珠的时候能更准确的定位,在铝基板上靠近散热器的两端设有两个圆孔,并使透镜的两个圆柱准确的卡入铝基板的两个圆孔内。
