本实用新型涉及一种气压调节的出布装置，主要用于织物定型、印染机械中织物出布速度和出布张力的调节，其作用是将织物导出工作台，使织物整齐地进入下道工序中。出布装置由支架、传动部件和加卸压装置组成，支架由槽钢焊接而成，并用撑挡固定；传动部件由交流电机经过减速机减速再通过链条传动拖布辊，上压辊为胶辊，下压辊为钢辊，辊筒轴端由皮带轮或链轮传动，辊筒两端用轴承固定在机架上；加卸压装置由支承力臂、压布辊和气缸组成，以适应不同织物落布时对压力的不同要求。

本实用新型涉及一种气压调节的出布装置，主要用于织物定型、印染机械中织物出布速度和出布张力的调节，其作用是将织物导出工作机台，使织物整齐地堆入堆布车或进入下道工序中。 
背景技术
在纺织、印染机械中经常需要出布装置调节织物出布速度和出布张力，以形成工艺要求所需的速度和张力，速度和张力控制的稳定与否直接关系到产品的质量，本实用新型通过使用气缸活塞杆推动压布辊轴端给压布辊施加压力，使压布辊与拖布辊形成工艺要求所需的压力，从而解决了定型后的织物出布时速度和张力不稳定，出布时间长，工作效率低的技术问题。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型专利的内容涉及一种气压调节的出布装置，本实用新型具有自动调节织物速度和织物张力的大小，结构简单，操作方便的特点。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：出布装置由支架、传动部件和加卸压装置组成，支架由槽钢焊接而成，并用撑挡固定，传动部件由交流电机经过减速机减速通过链条传动拖布辊，拖布辊通过转轴安装在机架上面，拖布辊为胶辊，辊筒轴端由皮带轮或链轮传动，辊筒两端用轴承固定在机架上，加卸压装置由支承力臂，压布辊，气缸组成，支承力臂固定在机架上，压布辊为钢辊，气缸固定在机架下边，气缸活塞杆推动压布辊轴端给压布辊施加压力，使压布辊与拖布辊形成工艺要求所需的压力，从而调节出布张力大小。

所述的气压调节的出布装置的结构示意图如下图1所示，由支架1、电机2、减速机3、拖布辊4、压布辊5、支承力臂6和气缸7组成。 
所述的气压调节的出布装置的装配图如下图2所示，由螺母8、垫圈9、螺栓10、垫圈11、螺栓12和链条13组成。 
所述的传动部件左视图如下图3所示，由键14、螺钉15、链条16、螺钉17组成。

1.一种气压调节的出布装置，该装置由支架、传动部件和加卸压装置组成，支架由槽钢焊接而成，并用撑挡固定，传动部件由交流电机经过减速机减速通过链条传动拖布辊，拖布辊通过转轴安装在机架上面，拖布辊为胶辊，辊筒轴端由皮带轮或链轮传动，辊筒两端用轴承固定在机架上，加卸压装置由支承力臂，压布辊和气缸组成，支承力臂固定在机架上，压布辊为钢辊，气缸固定在机架下边，气缸活塞杆推动压布辊轴端给压布辊施加压力，使压布辊与拖布辊形成工艺要求所需的压力，从而调节出布速度和出布张力大小。
